I have not lived in this hotel myself, but 3 different groups of guests spoke very well about the conditions of the hotel, the rooms, the staff, and the breakfast.
new Radisson, happy with everything, while staying there. Excellent SPA, 5 points staff, one minus - breakfast... in another hotel chain in Tashkent, it is much more diverse.
Beautiful hotel, delicious restaurant. But the reception staff is completely out. Our family and child were moved into a room on the 2nd floor directly above the restaurant, where there was very loud music in the evenings until 23. The floor and chairs shake in the room.We were not warned about this when checking in.When we asked to solve this problem, the girls from the reception with an impudent expression replied that they could not help in any way. This was my second and last trip to this hotel👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
A new five-star hotel, everyone is trying and it makes the hotel feel good, at night the bartender gave me some of his cake, I really wanted it, quenched my thirst after a hard day, thank you very much)
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.
The coffee is very tasty at breakfast.
Clean, we took a room with a terrace. The terrace is illuminated, there are chairs and a table.
An iron 4-star hotel with a good breakfast, cleanliness and pleasant smell, friendly staff, not a bad pool, though closed, but this is a 4-star hotel. In general, I left only positive impressions. The ATM in the lobby issues local soums from the mir card, and at a rate higher than in the bank, so they did not even change cash rubles - it was more profitable to withdraw from the ATM
We checked into this hotel twice and both times we couldn't find a booking from the booking office. As a result, a long settlement. The hotel is nice, clean, well renovated, delicious breakfasts. A wonderful spa area with a large swimming pool. Minus one is an unreasonably expensive restaurant with a meager assortment.
The hotel administration does not behave very competently and is extremely dishonest! The room was booked and paid for 3 days.Upon check-in, for some reason there was no free, PAID IN ADVANCE!!!rooms. We were moved to a supposedly higher - class hotel .5*.Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the hotel did not meet the promised category, but was much lower. By evening, we returned to the hotel....again, the administration stated that there was a malfunction in the system and now there is no such reservation at all.
After a long and painful investigation, the number was magically found. The rest of the hotel is clean, good, not a bad restaurant. But there was a residue from the frauds with the rooms of the hotel administration. After a long flight through 2 countries, another reception was expected(((
Great restaurant. Delicious cuisine. The waiters work perfectly. The music is live. It is a pleasure to arrange banquets in the Panorama. I recommend

Excellent hotel, modern clean rooms, took a two-room suite, liked the spa, excellent clean pool , sauna , Jacuzzi, friendly staff. Of the disadvantages, only the restaurant can be noted, the price is high, there are no national dishes.
A cool, new hotel. The mattress is hard, as it should be for sleeping. Breakfast with a view of the city. Fast internet connection. Not a bad location. I liked.
Excellent hotel, fresh renovation, courteous staff! They responded very quickly to our requests. We didn't have time to call the laundry - the maid was already knocking on our door to pick up dirty clothes. They asked for tea and water - we were inundated with bottles of water and bags of tea and sugar. A nice pool of 12 meters and a Jacuzzi to relax from the hot Tashkent day.
Excellent breakfast with panoramic views of the city! In general, a five plus!
The hotel is on fire, the girl did everything at the reception, but the staff at the restaurant ruined everything, the pastries are dry, I ordered scrambled eggs but they did not bring it to me, the dishes should be updated but there are empty plates. Therefore, minus 2 stars.
Honestly, it's worse than expected. Beautiful lobby, restaurants, common areas, however, the rooms are like a cheap 2 star, the design and materials of the rooms are very disappointing.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms , warm air is blowing . In this class of hotels in Tashkent- Mercury it is much more comfortable and cozy.
There is no ventilation in the gym +34 as in the sauna)
For a summer vacation for a day, a good place, food and service for three, the rooms are average, the location is convenient, you do not need to go far
We were in the restaurant on March 8th, not counting a couple of disadvantages, that good place, there at the bar the girl drank B52 or B53, I saw there how the girl's head was burning, ahahahah remembered her eyes after they were put out 🤣🤣🤣
I was in this meeting for the first time, but I was not impressed.
The kitchen is not bad, the staff is attentive.
The show program is not very good.
The sound hurts the ears, the mass entertainer leading terribly strained. It seems to me that the institution needs to either change the format, or ....))))
The combination of price and quality is simply excellent. Of the disadvantages, there is a disco on the ground floor from 9-11 pm, so it is unrealistic to fall asleep at this time in rooms 206, 207 and the same on 3-4 floors. Keep this in mind if you are with young children
