As soon as we stopped by, I didn't like it. There is no sea, the hotel is tired... But!!! There is practically no sea anywhere), almost everyone is "tired"!)
And! The staff is very friendly, the bed linen was changed every three days!!! They laid out beautiful flowers on the bed!
If you want breakfast, it will be brought to your room. However, breakfast, by the way, as in many hotels here, is very poor and we refused them. But there is a large green area, clean, two swimming pools that are cleaned every day.
In general, we liked it!!

A comfortable hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are spacious and bright. The room has everything you need: a safe, a hairdryer, TV (no Russian channels), a refrigerator, three towels per person (including beach towels), soap, shower caps (unfortunately there is no gel and shampoo), air conditioning is not noisy, the bed is quite comfortable. WiFi is acceptable, movies are in the room on the second floor, watched without problems. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The only annoying thing is the obsession of cleaning: the "do not disturb" sign will not save you, everyone will come in exactly, and considering that there are reviews about thefts in this hotel on the web, it is slightly annoying. The pool was clean, it was on Chinese New Year's Eve: there were few people, everyone was quiet, the sun beds in front of the pool were always free. There are enough cafes outside the hotels that work in the evening, as well as several 7-11, so that you will not stay hungry. There is also an exchange office (to the right of the hotel) with a completely standard exchange rate for the island. There is also a fruit stand nearby (to the right of the hotel). There are shops too. A beach with a minimum number of people, on the left there is a cafe with sun beds, on the right for those who like to be alone. I wrote above that I was on the waning moon in February: the tides began at 10 o'clock, and up to 15 o'clock it was possible to swim and dive without problems (from 8 to 13 in general the ideal depth), there is no reef, but crabs, including blue, can be found, as well as pufferfish. In general, the hotel is ideal for lovers of relaxation, if you need parties and night markets, then you go to another area, there is no such thing here..
Compared to life in Krasnoyarsk, living in any hotel on Koh Samui is the happiest time.
Positive emotions allowed me to give a very high rating.
A lot of travel experience suggests that the hotel is not worth the money I paid.
Minuses:
Unfortunately, there was no fruit for breakfast. Never any fruit at all!
Coffee, soap, were brought sometimes. I had to buy it.
Pros:
Sparsely populated. We lived in a bungalow. Like in the country :-)
Modest, but cozy.
Two pools.
The atmosphere of the jungle, thanks to the bird trills and the wild cat coming for cookies.
The sea is close!
On the shore, there is a very decent cafe "music bich" (clean pool, food and drinks, shower, sun beds, toilet).
Beach towels.
