On October 11, we rented this restaurant for our daughter's wedding.A very chic place, beautiful design,rich furnishings.The food is delicious, the slicing and table setting is excellent, special thanks to the chefs for the well-cooked food.Nearby hotel"Garni"", there are cozy rooms, the entrance to the hotel is from the street and directly from the restaurant hall, which is as convenient as possible.Thank you so much for organizing the holiday and delicious food!Everything was very beautiful, all the guests were satisfied with the food, the atmosphere and the cozy atmosphere, I wish you many grateful visitors, prosperity and well-being.

We express our deep gratitude to the restaurant staff and personally to the administrator Irina, who was attentive, courteous, and helpful during the preparation and during the family holiday. Initially, the venue for the event was chosen in the city center with good cuisine and a "fresh" interesting interior. The impressions exceeded expectations. The restaurant has an unusual photo zone, which the guests liked so much that it overshadowed the operational part of the reception. There was enough space in the provided hall for both a festive table and a dance floor. Harmonious design, stylized with wooden details, chandeliers, stained glass windows, lamps, unusual ceiling - everything creates a special entourage. Separately, the guests noted the excellent table setting, excellent menu, and exquisite cuisine. Everyone was captivated by "Homemade pork in herbs with chanterelle sauce", very tasty salads, cold and hot snacks, fruit drinks, pink prosecco Mionetto turned out to be good. During the event, many requests were met quickly, clearly, with understanding and participation. About Irina, you can say "A man in his place", she understands half a word, you can feel her sincere involvement, the desire to create the most comfortable atmosphere for guests. We believe that we were lucky, the holiday turned out to be fun, bright, beautiful and delicious. All participants had wonderful impressions. We had breakfast at this institution while staying at the Garni Hotel. The breakfasts are great, for every taste: scrambled eggs, omelette, casseroles, sausages, cutlets, sausages, stewed chicken, cheeses, sausages, rolls, ham, porridge, cereals for lovers, coffee, tea, juices, milk. Different salads were also offered, such a variety that it is impossible to list everything. And most importantly, everything is very tasty!
All the products were added on time, the tables were cleaned. The staff is very friendly.
I recommend having breakfast only here!

It was our first time in this restaurant, it is at the hotel. There weren't many people in the evening, you didn't have to book. The interior is pleasant, not pretentious. The waitress is very tactful, she brought dishes not when they were ready, but as it should be, first an appetizer, then soup and so on. She helped us to decide on the composition of the shingles. On each table there is a map of Belarus with regions, and each has its own kind of drannicoa. We liked the kitchen. The prices are not high. I recommend.

Beautiful interior with a pleasant atmosphere and the opportunity to get to a live music concert. If you want to eat real Belarusian borscht, then you are not here. Thin water, even penny vegetables were spared. No fat, no taste. And we waited for this soup with coffee for 40(!) minutes! With an empty hall. They came empty and then they passed by for several days, it was always empty in the windows, no one was sitting at the tables. The only good thing is a set breakfast and coffee. The hotel where this "restaurant" is located is very wonderful. I was right to take a room without power. The establishment clearly does not want regular customers and is designed for one-time customers.

Отличное место, находится в самом сердце Минска (историческая часть). Каждый раз, когда посещаю Минск - стараюсь попасть в заведение. Был приятно удивлен, когда 14,07 удалось зайти на ланч и смог увидеть заведение после обновления интерьера и меню. Заведение стало светлее и уютнее, появились новые позиции в меню (особый акцент сделан на национальную кухню и это радует). Особую благодарность хотел бы выразить команде Пан Хмелю за их профессиональный подход и услужливость. Советую попробывать фирменные настойки от шефа.

I liked the restaurant. An interesting feature: a map of tributaries of different types in the Belarusian language. The staff helps with the translation, telling you about each variety along the way. It was very interesting. The pancakes themselves, which I chose, were delicious. There are original desserts such as porcini mushroom ice cream. It is also delicious and interesting to try.

Ресторан при гостинице Гарни, находится в центре Минска. Приятная атмосфера. Завтраки по типу шведский стол простые, так сказать, ничего лишнего. Один раз заказывала ланч-меню - так себе. Вместа супа с брокколи и фасолью, был суп с бооольшииим количеством фасоли, и парой кусочков брокколи 🙈
На ужин заказывали салаты разные, что-то горячее - всё понравилось.

The staff was not trained, they were not attentive to their work, every morning they always had to ask something, then there were no cups of tea, then a jug of water, then cups for porridge. And so it is every morning. Dirty dishes were not removed from the table. It's not pleasant.

Хотел выразить благодарность персоналу , очень вежливое и быстрое обслуживание , были большой компанией и не пожалели,что выбрали данное заведение . Вкусная карта драников ,а самое главное - это настойки 10 из 10. Красивое обновление зала и самое главное безумная вкусная кухня. Остались лишь позитивные эмоции , обязательно вернемся!

As a morning breakfast place, the hotel is fine, there is a coffee machine, a siphon, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, meat, cheesecakes, sliced, juices, yoghurts. After breakfast, this place turns into corporate parties! (You can't get there during the day and in the evening, and loud music can be heard on the 2nd floor of the hotel in the rooms. This is not a place for lunch or dinner!

The guard did not allow parking in the paid city parking lot in front of the entrance to the restaurant, he simply threw an obstacle in the form of a small architectural form "rusty fence" on the road under the bumper. When asked to remove an obstacle from the road, he explained that he was a security guard, and a place for another client, I did not hear apologies and sympathy. Well, there used to be a normal place, you could sit and recommend it to the guests of the capital. I have a strange attitude towards customers, I exclude them from the list of recommended places.

Проводили свадьбу 17.06.2023. Всё сразу не задалось.
Во-первых - администратор Павел, с которым мы договаривались провести мероприятие испарился, вместо него появился какой-то молодой парнишка Алексей, который не знал ни об одной вещи, о которых мы договаривались с администратором. Официанток так же не оповестили об изменениях в рассадке и меню. (Хотя договаривались об этом изначально и рассадку предоставили). Попутали всё, от расстановки алкоголя до времени выноса блюд.
Во-вторых - Алексей появился только после 17.00, когда мероприятие началось в 16.00. Целый час мы пытались сами руководить оффициантами, так как им никто ничего не объяснял.
В-третьих - самое главное на десерт. На улице было 27°С, в ресторане было 35°С! Сломались кондициоеры, нас никто даже не предупредил. Узнали об этом только когда ведущий спросил напрямую почему так жарко. Ладно вам откровенно плевать на посетителей, но ваши же оффицианты не имели, в отличие от гостей, возможности даже выйти на улицу. Просто ужас.
2 балла только за вкусную еду и красивое оформление блюд, так бы и кола не поставил, в итоге весь вечер вытащил ведущий.
P.s. за то,что не было кондиционера, сказали,что Павел свяжется с нами, но он не связался никак и ни о какой компенсации речи даже и не было...
