I want to leave a complaint about the level of service and the quality of the materials provided.
There was an order for gypsum decorative panels, through the pan.buy store. The problems started with the delivery. On the day when the delivery was supposed to be, they did not arrive, after the call they were postponed to another day. The driver called that he would be with us in an hour, and eventually arrived in 15 minutes. On the one hand, speed is not bad, but at that moment I had to leave the contractor and urgently wear the panels, because delivery is only up to the entrance. As a result, there is simply no time left to check the panels..
And here we were in for a surprise. 80% of the panels turned out to be chipped in the front part. I attach the photos below. Because we managed to unpack only a part, the unpacking of the remaining panels was filmed!
The consultant asked me to send photos and videos to the post office to resolve the issue. And silence.. a couple of days later (Friday - Saturday), when I had questions, they wrote that they had sent a request to the factory and the answer would be on Mon-Tue.
A week has passed, there is no answer. To sum up! Customer focus is 0! I had to do additional work and pay the contractor "over" for fixing the chips of the entire wall! Please note that the cost of each panel is not small at all and it costs the same amount to put these panels. Naturally, we will not contact this store anymore and do not recommend it, especially since there are enough companies on the market that provide better services!

The horror! The shade of the doors does not correspond at all to what is on the website. We ordered two Mdf doors in bleached oak color. We waited for 21 days instead of the promised ones. 32 days. And the doors arrived without handles. By the way, we are still waiting for the pens... It's been almost 1.5 months now. Managers do not pick up the phone and do not call back. I waited for the measurer for several days with all the promises to come by. According to the results of the measurement, I requested 15 rubles. to give him for this. Moreover, he could not provide documents confirming the acceptance of money. The manager did not warn about the need for a fee for measurement.

I tried to buy Fineber siding, the items were custom-made with delivery in a week. I paid the entire amount in advance, but the manager/buyer took and did not pay the supplier on time for these items.
The day of delivery came and the fairy tales began that the car arrived at the warehouse without my order \ wrong way the supplier formed an invoice for payment and so on. :)
Horror is not a place, avoid it.
