I asked the manager to make a pre-call on the day of delivery before the courier arrived so that the order could be accepted. As a result, the delivery was carried out without warning, and no one was on site. If the client asks to inform you in advance, it means that there are reasons for this. No one will wait all day for one order on the commercial premises. The next order was for one position that was not enough. Manager Vitaly accepted the order, I chose "pickup" so that the same situation as with the previous order would not happen again, it was important to quickly pick up the order and finish the repair on a certain day. The order was paid for 2 days before the expected pick-up date. On the day of pick-up, when I was ready to go to the pick-up point, I tried to contact the manager and use the main phone number listed on the website to clarify whether the order was ready for delivery. I couldn't reach anyone on a business day during business hours. There was no order at the pick-up point, and access to the pick-up point is paid. He left without the goods. He kept trying to reach the office, but to no avail. After that, I received a reply from the manager at 13:00 that the order can be picked up. I arrived at the pick-up point AGAIN, there was no order there, I paid for parking again and left without an order. I arrived at the office, there was NO ONE at the place, a trainee girl who could not explain anything. I tried to make another call right in the office, but the phone was silent, and there was no one in the workplace. 8 attempts to call at different times were unsuccessful. The manager is misleading by providing information that the order can be picked up. No feedback from the staff. As a result, the order could be delivered to me only by 17 o'clock, by the end of the working day. For me, it was already irrelevant, time was wasted, repairs were not completed on time. No one returned the parking money, and all deliveries are paid. No apologies or compensation, nothing. I asked for contact with the management to resolve the issue, but to no avail. A comment has been written in the book of suggestions and remarks. It was not in a place accessible to the consumer, and the consumer's corner was not found. There are no contacts of the supervisor. Everyone refers to a phone number that no one answers. I was disappointed, the organization failed me with the order. Time is the most valuable resource, and unfortunately, this organization, Trading Lines LLC, does not value or place its client's time in any framework.
