It's a wonderful place. We were here in early October. Fabulous trees, a 600-year-old oak, touching which you can make a wish. If you come by, I advise you to visit this place. There is a pillbox nearby, which is especially interesting for people and children.
The memorial stone itself is nothing interesting..but if you go a little deeper into the forest from it, there is a pillbox there, then a little further forward and to the right, you can see a huge oak tied with ribbons. The pictures against his background are just awesome.
There is a beautiful "Oak-dziadulya" nearby, the stone itself does not represent anything interesting. For inexplicable reasons, there are a lot of flies and all kinds of wild midges nearby.
