The park is like a park at a height, there are no words for it.
But there was the only lake in the city where you could swim and not go out of town for 100 km.
Who remembers the name Tulpar.
It was possible to refine it and make a cool beach with lots of greenery and gorgeous sand.
Ban drinking alcohol and make it a cultural landmark of the city!
But unfortunately he was surrounded by a fence and that's it.
Look but don't touch it.
And it was possible to put slides on one side of the shore to improve for a family holiday!
Let them come with their mangalas, cauldrons and other things!
Make fabulous fines for garbage and ugly behavior .
And on the opposite side, make entertainment for adults, riding water scooters, boats, catamarans, bungee jumping into the water, etc!
There was a lot to be done from this place.
But unfortunately it is much easier to put up a fence, to make a completely uninteresting boring park.
Everything is the same boring and not interesting!
No one thinks about the youth, the prose to make a park and walk like pensioners here.

Excellent observation deck😉 you won't see the whole city, BUT the view is not bad. A huge plus is that there are no stalls and other merchants😂Quiet, calm. Minus, for the fact that there is little shade during the day.
