Not a bad place, perhaps the most distinctive for Dilijan. The nearby territory could be improved a little (grass is visible on the steps ...).

The monument in the form of a white five-pointed star in the style of Soviet modernism is visible from all observation decks of the city. It was established in 1970 in honor of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Soviet power in Armenia. Each of the five ends symbolizes one decade.
