One of the few public organizations that is actively engaged in charitable and patriotic activities. A great merit in this is its chairman, a participant in the war in Afghanistan, a veteran of the 70th Guards MLA BR "Kandaharskaya", the Guard of retired Colonel Vladimir Ilyich Shokov.
