The place is super! The territory is huge by today's standards -4.5 hectares. They don't build like that now. The gardener cuts trees and bushes, plants roses. Everything is well maintained. The apartments are large and spacious. Two large outdoor pools, one large indoor, tennis court, gym, sauna and hammam. True, there is no shop or restaurant, but if you go outside the territory, everything is nearby. And to the sea is a 10-minute walk along the street, along which orange trees grow.
