A wonderful hotel, we rested for 2 days, managed to visit the thermal pools, I really liked it. The room is clean, the restaurant has a good selection of food, everything is delicious. Beautiful territory.

In general, we were not satisfied. The location is excellent, near Pamukkale. The rooms are small but clean. However, in our room on the second floor, the ceiling in the bathroom was very low. Standing in the bathroom, a 166cm tall man almost touches the ceiling with his head. It is uncomfortable. The unfortunate location of the faucet in the sink, the water around it is constantly wet because of it and, accordingly, the formation of mold. Noisy air conditioning. There are no breakfasts. There is no choice. The entrance to the thermal pool is only with a cap, however, you need to BUY it!!! How can this be in a 5-star hotel? There are a lot of Chinese. Unreasonably expensive.
