A wonderful hotel, we rested for 2 days, managed to visit the thermal pools, I really liked it. The room is clean, the restaurant has a good selection of food, everything is delicious. Beautiful territory.
In general, we were not satisfied.
The location is excellent, near Pamukkale.
The rooms are small but clean. However, in our room on the second floor, the ceiling in the bathroom was very low. Standing in the bathroom, a 166cm tall man almost touches the ceiling with his head. It is uncomfortable. The unfortunate location of the faucet in the sink, the water around it is constantly wet because of it and, accordingly, the formation of mold. Noisy air conditioning.
There are no breakfasts. There is no choice.
The entrance to the thermal pool is only with a cap, however, you need to BUY it!!! How can this be in a 5-star hotel?
There are a lot of Chinese. Unreasonably expensive.
On the advice of our friends and reviews on the Internet (now I understand that they have been cleaned up), we visited the thermal hotel Pam- Pammukale-Turkey.
It takes at least 4 hours by car from Antalya airport (transfer is about 160 euros one way). This should be taken into account when leaving back.
We were unlucky in February and got caught in a snowstorm on the pass, and it took us 7 hours to get to the hotel.
However, the driver stopped near the cafe several times. It was possible to have a snack and go
about other business.
The hotel itself is very nice, not particularly expensive, consisting of several 3-storey buildings with elevators, a green area.
The rooms are small, with balconies.
The rooms are clean.
There is a kettle with coffee cups, tea, sugar, coffee, drinking water, shower accessories, disposable slippers, bathrobes. All consumables are updated every day. There is a cleaning or "do not disturb" button near the door.
In addition to the shower in the bathroom, the rooms have a faucet with hot mineral water. 2 condos,TV with the Russian channel Russia-24.
Of the cons, there is very little space for things. A narrow locker for 4 hangers and 3 small shelves. Half of the things were hanging on top of the suitcases.
There is no table to drink tea.
There is little light in the room, very poor internet connection.
Take a minimum of clothes, you need it more sporty here.
The territory of the hotel is clean, well-groomed and pretty.
Nearby is the town itself, where there are shops with things, dried fruits, souvenirs and fruits.
THERE is NO PHARMACY in THE TOWN, they do not sell alcohol (buy in duty), local cigarettes can be bought at the hotel store. The shopkeeper is very kind and speaks Russian, unlike the reception. He drives his car in Pammukala, but he drives to very expensive shops.
In thermal baths, the water is from very warm to hot. Take old swimsuits and swimming trunks (2-3 pieces each.to replace), they will all be in yellow clay. Swimming caps are mandatory!
A large outdoor pool with ordinary water with a temperature of about 25 g, which is not particularly comfortable for winter, when it is +8-10 outside during the day and -5 at night.
According to the reviews of people who came to be treated, there is a very strong medical base.
The restaurant is located in the administrative building and you need to walk from any building just a few steps to it. They don't feed much. The food, unusual for Turkey, is not very tasty. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but it's not enough for 4 stars. There is no milk at all.
The call to Prayer is heard very loudly several times during the day, starting at 7 a.m.
The most unpleasant thing is the endless string of Chinese (sorry, dear Chinese friends!) tourists for 1 night. They are in transit past the hotel. Besides the fact that they're all yelling, slamming doors like crazy, they're also dragging plastic suitcases up the stairs and stomping overhead all night. And so it is almost every day. Building No. 3. This is the ppts!
In Pammukala, see the huge amphitheater (you need to climb), museums and snow-white travertines.
The shops are very expensive. Ask in what currency the price tags are, sometimes in dollars!
The review is honest, so decide for yourself whether to go or not.

The advantage of the hotel is its own thermal spring and a Jacuzzi with water from the spring. The food is normal, but there is not much variety, the tables in the hall are not in a hurry to clean up. Every evening a bus arrives with tourists for the night, who do not really follow the rules of visiting the spring - they do not wear hats, and then there are hairs in the clay at the bottom of the spring, it's disgusting. The water in the spring is from warm to hot, it's cool, but the clay, as it seemed to me, dries and tightens the skin very much
The masseuse is an afirist! He will bring you a receipt for a future service without specifying the currency of payment, and after that he will write you the currency of € and out of 100 lira you will owe € 100, in collusion with the receptionist
