The most terrible place in Ust-Kamenogorsk. 12/14/2024 we called and booked a vip with karaoke, they said we would be there in 30-40 minutes. We arrived at the agreed time, but the vip is occupied. In response, the receptionist told us that she thought we would not arrive and put vip clients in the VIP room who just came before us and decided to sit there))) The establishment is "super")))

This is a CATEGORICALLY INCORRECT realization of the potential of this location... That is why this institution is not functioning properly. A WAREHOUSE would have done a GREAT job in this place... perfect driveways. This is an INDUSTRIAL ZONE and building a restaurant there was a FAILED idea initially.
