We had a rest on 13-23.06.2024 An 18+ city hotel without a territory with a small pool. Residents: mostly the elderly contingent: British, Germans / Austrians, French, very few Russians 2-3 couples, the atmosphere is friendly. It is important to know that even-numbered rooms in the hotel look at the pool and this is the sunny side, odd -numbered rooms look into the courtyard, where the sun comes after 17:00. The water in the pool is refreshing max +23, clean, as evidenced by the fact that cats and turtledoves drink it, depth 140 cm. The deck chairs are in good condition, in order to get beach towels, you must declare at the reception, The location of the hotel is ideal in the city center. On the right, 100 meters away, 2M MIGROS (something like a "Pyaterochka"), on the left, 100 meters away, there is a food court area, immediately followed by a city beach with paid sun loungers without umbrellas, with a lot of cigarette butts and small garbage, with free showers, changing cabins and paid toilets (15 lira, or ~ 50 rubles). A sandy beach with a smooth entrance to the sea. Service: The staff was very friendly and although no one speaks Russian (only English and Turkish), the translator in the smartphone helped out. WI-FI works everywhere and without freezes. They give out one key card, I think, in order to save electricity, so that air conditioners and lighting devices are not left on. Food: We were satisfied with the food, for 2-3 days there were shrimps with seafood, meat was always in one form or another, fish: a couple of times there was baked trout and always fried like lamb. There are 4 types of fruits in different interpretations: watermelon, melon, apples, plums, pears, cherries, oranges. For breakfast, tea, orange juice and coffee are available from the coffee machine. In the evening, drinks are paid: tea - 30 lire, EFES beer 0.5l - 150 lire (in the store - 60 lire), water 0.5l - 50 lire (in the store 5L - 34.5 lire). Number: Tile floor, individual air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom, which creates a comfortable temperature for sleeping. A king-size bed with a good, fairly hard mattress. Flat-screen TV with 4 Russian channels, 2 advertising, TNT and some other similar. There is a 0.8liter kettle, a hair dryer, a small refrigerator and daily replenished tea and coffee sets. The balcony is quite spacious, you can sit in the evening. The safe is free, but it is quite tricky, when closing, you need to duplicate the cipher, only then it will close. At first I couldn't cope (instructions in English), I turned to the reception and barely managed to get up to the room, an employee immediately arrived and explained the features. There are mosquito nets on the windows, and there is a whole door in the hall. There were no insects. In the bathroom, in addition to a large mirror, there is a magnifying glass with backlight, 2 towels, one for feet, stationary shampoo gel and conditioner, soap, shower caps and ear sticks. There are enough closets and drawers. Excursions: We went from Coral Travel to Ephesus and Jeep safari. Ephesus at 5+ is largely due to a small group of 10 people and Victoria's amazing guide!!! As for the safari - 70 euros thrown away. Not a single Russian-speaking guide, and the trip itself is very ordinary, at least the worst of those we went to in Turkey. We walked to the Old Town and went to Pigeon Island (to the left, go one stop and there take the minibus No. 5 (travel 14.5 lira) Now, what I didn't like and why the hotel's rating was lowered. I would like to point out right away that we had half board (breakfast/dinner). I can't say anything about ALL. 1. Water is paid - the policy of the hotel. Do not expect to be given a sip of water from the heat upon arrival after the transfer for more than 2 hours (we flew to Bodrum, we chose Turkish Airlines, but they are not the same as they were before the pandemic) 2. Impudent cats who beg for food from you, but they don't still eat, but they can also lie down on a beach towel of a chaise longue. However, someone was touched by them. Otherwise, everything is fine and many thanks to the staff for their kindness!!!
