I really liked the hotel, I rested from August 10 to 19, the territory is small but cozy, a large pool, slides, a great beach buffet on the level (there were a few fried eggplants and zucchini), compensated with other vegetables and fruits, which were abundant (cherries, grapes, apples, pears, peaches and even strawberries). What surprised me was that there were no problems with sun loungers on the beach, and at dinner with free tables (I encountered them in other hotels). I would like to come again and I will recommend it to my friends. Thanks for the rest!!!

Nice, clean and pleasant hotel! The most standard, no frills, but there is enough of everything. We were in August, at the height of the season.
THE HOTEL: the territory is small, but well maintained and there is enough space for everyone. Large swimming pool, water slides for small children and adults. Excellent animation for children and adults, there is a mini club, children's discos, various activities - the children were delighted (both small - 5 years old and older - 11).
ROOMS: one of the most important advantages of this hotel is the availability of two-room rooms with 1 double and 2 single beds. They are cleaned well, bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days, the rooms are clean, pleasant and not killed, with balconies. The only thing is that the cleaning is not systematic: they will forget to put towels for their feet, then they will change them twice in a row. But it's all being solved quickly and it didn't cause us any problems.
FOOD: in the main restaurant, everyone found a suitable meal for each meal. Everything was delicious, there are grilled meat and fish, French fries for children, etc. There was enough food for everyone, there were almost no queues (except for theme nights - but even that was not terrible). The most important thing is that we noted that there were no flies even on the street! It's very nice. And they cleaned the dishes promptly. In addition to the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are 3 bars on site: one on the beach at the pier and 2 on site. There are free drinks and cocktails everywhere, in one of the bars in the afternoon from 12 to 16 you can also have a snack, as well as take ice cream almost all day. After lunch, they bake waffles.
BEACH: the hotel has its own beach on the first line, there are sun beds on the sand and on a huge private pier with a descent into the sea. The beach is sandy, only at the entrance to the sea there are small pebbles, but they did not bother anyone. The depth begins in the sea quickly enough, but this also did not bother anyone. In August, the sea was amazing - very comfortable temperature, mostly calm without big waves.
GUIDE: We had a guide Samir at the hotel, deceived us with one tour: he promised an individual transfer for one time, and a shared bus arrived for us an hour earlier than expected. He didn't give us any checks or documents confirming that we paid, which is very strange (we asked for payment, but he said no and we didn't sweat it). And when our transfer situation arose, Samir just spread his hands and said that we did not pay for the individual transfer and he did not promise us anything.
It is also worth noting that he also advertised a fur coat store, which is taken and lured from the hotel. At first we bought it, they say it's great - a free round-trip transfer. But thank God we read the reviews for this office on the Internet in advance and abandoned this idea in time (like a thousand other stories from Turkey, please be careful and do not trust anyone with these fur coats!!! They bring them to the store, try to give them drinks with something mixed in them, force them to buy all sorts of nonsense, or even worse: they just don't let them out until you give them all the money you have)
In general, about the hotel, I repeat that you should not expect any frills, but despite this, for such a relatively low price for August, we really got everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The beach is dirty, small, and there are stones in the sea itself, which is why all the vacationers injured their legs.
For the first time in a five-star hotel, there were only two slides in the deep pool. This surprised and upset us.
There was no such kitchen even in a three-star hotel. There are no porridges for breakfast. The very quality of the food is disgusting and because of this, two out of three vacationers were poisoned. And there was a scandal with the waiter when we took out tea bags. Although other waiters do not care about this and have not encountered it in other hotels.
Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, its quality and speed leave much to be desired. In the evening, when there are a lot of people in the lobby, there is nowhere to sit at all and Wi-Fi does not work at all, this is the first time in a five-star hotel!!!
The rooms are small. The air conditioners are not working well, and the card itself has broken 4 times in 14 days!
I want to thank the organization of the hotel for this and the money thrown away!

There is a billiards table in the basement (free of charge). The rooms in the hotel are very small and modest. They are replenished only with drinking water. Chimpun and gel were given only after a complaint at the reception. The food is normal. Desserts are fine. One pool with small slides. It is impossible to find a free sunbed near the pool. They are probably inherited. Beach towels are provided at the SPA. The SPA is normal. However, the hammam is paid even if you just want to sit there. But there is a sauna and a Roman bath. There is a salt room, but it is not quite right (those who understand will understand). The spa treatments are good and inexpensive. There is a cafe with ice cream and Viennese waffles on site. They bake Turkish tortillas and give them ayran. Animation is normal every other day when guest artists perform. They are very well engaged with children.

We got there on an individual transfer and the road took us 1 hour and 40 minutes, I'm afraid to even think how long to go on a group one...
Check-in
We arrived at the hotel at 9.40 a.m. We handed over the documents, put on bracelets (black for adults, yellow for children, brown for repeat arrivals) and sent for breakfast.
We were given a room at 11.40. Thanks a lot for that, because we've been on the road for more than a day. They put us in a room on the first floor of the second building.
Rooms
We got the 2014 family room.
Two adjacent rooms through the door, bathroom, hallway, balcony.
In the large room: a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a table, an armchair, an ottoman, a mirror, a small TV (there is nothing to watch, cartoons are only in Turkish), a place for a suitcase, a small coffee table, air conditioning, 3 sconces and 2 night lights, 3 sockets, access to the balcony (everything is standard there: 2 chairs, table, ashtray, clothes dryer, lamp)
In a small room: 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning, 2 lamps and 2 night lights, 4 sockets.
Corridor: 2 closets, safe, refrigerator with mini-bar, slippers.
Bathroom: bathtub, toilet, sink, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 1 foot towel, hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, cotton pads and sticks, shower caps, nail file, toilet paper and that's it!!!). Shampoos are replenished only upon request, and they say to use a dispenser on the wall (shampoo in the bathtub, soap at the sink)
There are no bathrobes, shaving and dental kits!
At 4 a.m. we were woken up by a lot of noise. On the balcony, a cat that had caught a bird was jumping like a madwoman. Everything was covered in feathers!!! I went to the reception and asked to replace the room with a room on the upper floors.
At 10.40 a.m., our room was replaced with room 1425 on the 4th floor of the main building. The number is exactly the same, I will not describe it. And thank God no cats...
Territory
Very compact, clean and green.
Three pools: the main one with two slides (130-140 cm deep), a children's one with an aquapark (40 cm deep, a children's one with an awning (35 cm). All pools are heated!!!
A children's water park is an interesting idea, but there are disadvantages - too much water pours from above and a small depth. Many children just can't get in there, because cold water is pouring down from above. Because of the amount of water, it is very much. Well, it's just that not all children like water on their heads and in their faces. And because of the depth, many land on the ass, which is full of bruises...
Food and drinks
The choice is meager, but the food is mostly delicious. Or maybe it's good and right?! Let the choice be small, but the food will be delicious than when the tables are full of food choices, but in fact there is nothing to eat.
Fruits and berries: watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines, apricots, strawberries, cherries, apples, bananas, oranges and grapefruits.
There is no children's table, even porridge with milk for breakfast was only a couple of times. There is no canned food either.
Ice cream (balls in a waffle cone) can be taken at the pastry shop from 11 to 18, only 3 flavors (chocolate, strawberry, ice cream). There is no other ice cream!
Viennese waffles from June 01 from 15 to 17 in the pastry shop! Delicious and flavorful with various toppings. Very tasty, I recommend you try it!
The first hotel in which delicious desserts and cakes were tasted. Usually everything is the same and tasteless, but there are really delicious ones here.
Local and imported alcohol, coffee from vending machines, beer on tap, standard cocktails (mojitos, sex on the beach, etc.).
There are no packaged juices, milkshakes, ayran. Everything is on tap only!
Beach and sea
The beach is shallow, the entrance to the sea is pebbles.
For the entire period of rest, the sea was calm for a couple of days, and there were waves all the time. Apparently this is a feature of the sea in this place.
The sea is clean in the morning, dirty after lunch, I didn't even want to go in. None of the staff monitors this, garbage is not caught. As a result, caring vacationers are doing this!!!
There is a reef spit in the sea... Or maybe it's the concrete remains of the pier?! Swim carefully, you can skin your feet. Many people jump into the sea from it.
There are enough sun beds, but you "can't" move them. A lifeguard runs up and starts to get indignant. He snatched the sunbed from his daughter's hands. But if you are a big man, then you are unlikely to be stopped... If you need to move the sunbed from one place to another, it is better to contact the rescuers.
Animals and smells
And now about the most unpleasant and biggest disadvantage of the hotel... There are cats everywhere (some are not very healthy judging by the spots and patches on the skin) and two stray dogs (big and dirty) on the beach.
All these animals do what they want and shit wherever they want, including on the beach, in the bushes near the sun beds, in the sand on the volleyball court... Marks the territory, visitors' belongings and everything that comes under the tail... If you pay attention, but you can notice streaks on the walls in the main building ...
In some places you can smell an unpleasant smell!!!
If you or your children are allergic, then I advise you to ask, and maybe even demand, rooms above the second floor, because cats crawl on balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors, and if you forget to close the balcony, then your room may be visited by the named guest (yes, this happens, visitors complain about it)!!!
Paid
SPA services. The first package of 90 minutes (peeling, salt scrub, foam massage, relaxing massage for 30 minutes, face mask) costs 30€. Massage is done very well!
The Internet. It is free of charge only in the lobby. If you need it throughout the territory, you need to pay (1 day - $ 5/€, 7 days - $ 10/€, 10 days - $ 13/€. The price is for one device, i.e. you can use it alternately, but not at the same time!!! The quality is good, but it constantly throws you off the network and you have to re-enter the password.
Congratulations to the child on Dr. If you want to receive a birthday greeting at a mini disco, then please pay 15€.
Shopping street. The prices are normal, but if you go out and walk for 5 minutes outside the hotel, you can buy everything cheaper.
Animation
The animation is active. Especially morning yoga, zumba, aqua aerobics.
There is no organization in beach volleyball, except that the playground is being spilled. None of the animators are involved. All by yourself!
Near the hotel
Next to the hotel, there is an Outlet Neva, a Time Center shopping center (there is a Migros where you can buy goods for $/€ and get change in lira), a pharmacy, a taxi stand, a market with everything you need.

A wonderful hotel. We were with my wife in May of this year. It was an unforgettable vacation.
We arrived at the hotel at 6.30, filled out and submitted questionnaires. At 7 we had breakfast heartily in a calm atmosphere, inspected the territory and at 9.30 we were settled. Without a tip, they gave me a good room right away. No one asked for money, not even the porter. I was very surprised by this. There are Russian-speaking girls at the drawing, who always showed attention. It was very pleasant. The attitude of the staff was exactly the same to both Russians and foreigners. The guests themselves treated each other very well, and the atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly. I have never had such a feeling in any other hotel. It's true. Nice, clean pool. All kinds of games and problems by a group of animators who spoke Russian fluently, the first and second day was a little annoying, and then they got used to it and it was even great. The cuisine is very good and varied. In the evening, you can take a walk outside the hotel. Shopping is also on top, there are a lot of shops in the immediate vicinity. No need to go looking for markets, although they were also nearby, because the prices are exactly the same. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. The money was well spent. A varied diet, there is fish every day (and this is not found in all hotels), we even got to a fish dinner, at which we were given trout and tuna. The desserts made the tables fall down, very high-quality and delicious.
According to the fruits, the hotel had everything: cherries, strawberries, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, apples, watermelons, melons, nectarines, apricots.
Towels are changed every day, which is also a huge plus, since, again, this is not found everywhere.
The animation is wonderful: every day, except Sunday, from 10 a.m. zumba, water gymnastics, volleyball, water polo, darts, table tennis, evening animation and very interesting contests, in recent days, of course, we laughed heartily)
The entire animation team would like to say a huge thank you for their work.
There were not enough discos on the pier, but, as we were told, they will be a little later.
The only negative, perhaps, is alcohol, but for me it was not a problem, since I do not drink much, and those who care about high—quality alcohol, of course, are already premium class hotels) I took cocktails every day, there is a huge variety of them here and they are very tasty. There are also aperol, Baileys, wine, champagne (white and pink), beer, vodka, whiskey and so on.
The rooms are small but cozy. There is everything you need, it is also clean, it is clear that repairs were made everywhere before the start of the season.
The territory is beautiful, all in greenery, well-groomed, a large swimming pool, slides, 2 children's pools and a water park for children.
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest and recommend the hotel to everyone)

I had a vacation in May 2023 with my grandson, my grandson is special, I chose a hotel so that the sea was nearby and food for my grandson, I was not mistaken, thanks to my tour operator Tanechka. I want to say right away the rooms are not large, ordinary, air conditioning, 📺, safe, 🛁, small closet, clean, furniture, bed linen, towels are not tired. There were no problems at all with what to feed a child of 5 years old, for adults there are generally 0 problems, the menu is large, very tasty soup, drinks, cookies, cakes, snacks were always hungry, the animation was just super boring, I want to say a special thank you to the girls administrators. Evgenia did not like the hotel guide at all, she works only for sale, she saw it 2 times in 10 days. In general, I recommend this hotel, we may come back. Shops, pharmacies nearby, a mobile bazaar on Wednesdays. The hotels have a jewelry store, good prices for silver, and original products.

Who goes across the sea - not there, you can't jump from the pier (plates), well, a woman swam from the shore, injured her leg with us. For all the days -three days or less, the water was clean, and so were the bags, and the oilcloth, and even the bread floats)

Great hotel. We had a rest in the summer of 23 at Ultra . The staff is Russian-speaking. The service is on the level. We didn't swim in the pool, we went to the pier all the time. The sea is clear. In the evenings, you can walk around the city and go shopping. I recommend. There is a lot of food and it is of high quality and varied. The animation is great.

The rooms are small, as they are everywhere in Turkey. They cleaned every day, the bed linen is good, the mattresses and pillows are the same good. There is enough food in the restaurant, various dishes, meat - lula, hamburger patties, liver, chicken, turkey. There are plenty of fresh vegetables and marinades. Baking the ocean. We were pleased with the fruits - watermelons, melons, strawberries, apricots, peaches, cherries, oranges, grapefruits, apples in abundance. Drinks to choose from. Natural juices only in the morning, as well as juice-containing drinks. The coffee in the vending machines is kind of ersatz. Good coffee is brewed only in the lobby bar. Alcohol and beer are free Turkish. The sea was very upset. After lunch, it seems that all the SHIT from the Alanya region sails to the shore. No one even tries to clean it up. Hotel. PALMERAS Beach *****.
When we arrived, we were already surprised. Very modest for 5*. The lobby in the hotel itself does not pull on 5***** . Settlement of norms. The room was a family room. Sooooo small. A corridor-type nursery with beds along the wall. The TV in the room is the same size as the monitor. But it catches channels, including Russian ones.
The view from the room to the hotel's utility block with all the accompanying. Smoking hotel staff. Rattling carts day and night. But then they got used to it. The conduits worked well. The bathroom is very nice. (Provided that four people were constantly washing, water was leaking out from under the bathroom door).The bed is a hard mattress.
WiFi is very weak only in the lobby of the hotel. That's why there's always a crowd. Workers, children, guides, merchants and others, etc.
There is no internet in the rooms. (It is paid and according to people's reviews, it also does not catch at all, $ 1 per day. Both good and bad are at your discretion.

The food is on solid four stars. It is diverse. Sometimes thematically. The emphasis is on Turkish cuisine. The fortress can be visited by climbing the funicular, the view of the sea and the city is good.
All the other alleys, streets are a solid bazaar, kebab, and a bunch of hucksters are everywhere, even closer to the main street there are different shops, not bazaars.

We had a vacation with mom and son in September 2022 at Palmeras Beach. Wonderful hotel, wonderful vacation! I would also like to mention the spa treatments that are offered at the hotel - just a delight!!! Great organization, great staff! The prices are good. We visited the hammam, sauna and bought a course of therapeutic massage of 8 sessions. I would like to recommend a massage therapist Begench (Bega) : a chiropractor, 5 years of work experience, very attentive, correct, perfectly works out the problem areas of the back, in general, all his sessions are very comfortable, by the last procedure I felt a great improvement in my condition, literally "spread my wings". I only caught the Internet there. I worked in the room for a fee. 10 dollars. Our room was cozy, with air conditioning. And most importantly with a sea view. The sea is just magical. Everything is clean everywhere. The tiles on the floor were washed with soap. Food for every taste! It's not realistic to stay hungry. And, most importantly, from my point of view, the day of the Russian tourist in the restaurant served cabbage soup with chicken broth with chicken for the first time. Natural cabbage soup! There was no end to it. Animation, bars. Baths, massages. I really liked the pier. The first day after arrival we sunbathed on the beach (sandy and pebbly), but the rest only on the pier. There is a shower everywhere on the beach and on the pier. The only drawback, it seems to me, is that there is no beer on the pier. I had to go to a bar on the beach, but these are small things. Any drinks, but locally produced. We were lucky with the weather. The air is 32 degrees, the water is 25-26. There are shopping centers and a market near the hotel. You can take a walk in the evening. In general, everything is there. The rooms are good, not old. Everything is clean and tidy. If I'm going to Turkey, then only to this hotel. I advise everyone. The beach is compact, but there is enough space for everyone and it is clean, there are a lot of staff who take care of the territory and the beach. They quickly collect dirty dishes and garbage.
The biggest plus besides the location is the food, the food is very good and varied. I wanted to try everything and everything was very tasty. There were themed evenings: Turkish cuisine, fish day. The only thing who needs porridges and soups is that there are few of them. There was a lot of seafood only for the fish day: shrimp, crayfish, squid, mussels. And so every day there is fried and grilled fish. The main focus is on meat dishes, there is a very wide variety of them: grilled, cutlets, kebabs.
Inside, the hotel is modest, the rooms are small, and the staff sometimes does not fulfill requests and does not try to show the appearance of their fulfillment. For example, they asked for an iron, but it was not in the hotel, they said it broke and they do not know when it will be repaired, but they did not offer solutions to the problem "how to iron and where". Even when they ordered an individual transfer through the hotel service, their driver was late, so they had to wait, call and be nervous. Although the hotel managers should have been engaged in clarifying the order in advance. Here, for the service, you can slightly reduce the star rating. And in general, the hotel is good and very suitable for a beach holiday with a "meal".
