Thank you so much for the hospitality, warm atmosphere and cozy evenings. The view from the windows to the mountains is simply unreal. The rooms are clean and spacious. Shops, souvenir shops, cafes and canteens are within walking distance. The sea is 10-15 minutes away at a calm pace. There is a summer kitchen on the territory, a laundry room (which is not unimportant who comes with children), real homemade wine, chacha, compotes and much more are always on sale, there is a beautiful garden with tangerines, persimmons, pomegranates and many other trees on the territory, magnificent locations with palm trees for a photo shoot without leaving the yard. There are parking spaces. We are very glad that this particular place was recommended to us. We can safely say that the vacation was a success. We were from 2.09 to 18.09 reserved a room on the first floor, in June for 2k. For Abkhazia, there is an average check in Akhaladze. The room is standard. True SERGEYsantehnika for 3 points. It's leaking, and thoughtlessly.the hostess Asya and Sergey, are welcoming and welcoming, the kitchen is large, where everything is there. The washing machine is free. There is a lot of greenery around. Figs were simply torn and eaten. There is a separate gazebo for barbecue, a little to the side. No one bothers anyone. We definitely had a contingent of 50+, well, like us, so that after 21 everything is quiet.. the store is directly opposite. The price tag is humane.It's 15 minutes to the sea, but it's interesting to walk. The Wi fi on the ground floor is excellent. The dog will bark at strangers, and gently ask for a piece of barbecue .... and share with the cat.hee hee. For a budget of 100k. For two for 2 weeks. A very good option. ASYA, SERGEY..... THANK YOU!

I love this place very much, I respect the owners. Everything always works (WiFi, TV, water). The owners are very sincere, we go to them as to relatives. It's a little far from the sea, but for us it was a plus, along the way you can buy everything you need. Stunning sunsets and azure sea.

Great!
- Children always have someone and where to play, it's safe.
-Clean rooms with good non-Soviet renovation.
-Large kitchen, barbecue is freely available.
- There are grocery stores nearby.
-Minibuses to Gagra, Pitsunda, New Athos and Sukhum pass by the gate according to the schedule.
- You can walk to the sea, we walked like that, or you can catch an electric car for 30 rubles. They will give you a ride.
-Through the house there is a cafe with live music, until 12 o'clock. It did not bother us, but on the contrary, it was a special pleasure to sit in the evening with wine, enjoy the coolness and listen to the soulful performance.
- The hosts are very attentive, responsible and kind people, you feel like visiting your best friends.
- Well, the best wine and tangerine juice in the village is right here!

Guest house for 5+!!! A cozy room, a beautiful courtyard, the most pleasant hosts, always ready to help. We lived here for 10 days and didn't want to leave! The rooms have everything you need, fresh clean renovation,clean bathrooms,air conditioning,soft bed, wardrobe,sofa and dressing table. There is a kitchen in the courtyard, many tables and dishes, as well as a washing machine. Everything for a comfortable life! Many thanks to the Article, Anna, T.To Susanna and D.Armen for the wonderful house. We will be happy to come again!

I can't say anything about the hotel, but I don't recommend the owner, we are NOT CONSCIENTIOUS, we booked a room, confirmed the reservation, arrived in the evening to check in, and the owner said there were no places. And he offered nothing... it gets dark early there and we had to leave for another locality and look for housing in the dark! I do not recommend it! Not reliable!!!
