Visiting this hotel left a very good impression. Clean, the food is not fancy, but delicious. Meat and vegetable dishes are quite enough. Fruits: apples, oranges, watermelon, pears, apricots. And most importantly! We left in perfect health, without any viruses or intestinal disorders. Friendly staff.

The hotel is rated at 3 stars.
Of the cons:
Check-in at 14.00 (when you arrive at 4 a.m. with the children, it is very difficult for everyone, and it was very stuffy to sit and wait in the lobby, since the cooling system did not work)
The staff does not speak Russian.
Turkish citizens who are vacationing at check-in are given priority, and Russians can be settled in other hotels for the first day.
The disinfection system did not work in the pool (I picked up an ear infection)
They do not breed attentive people with a safe, the safe in the room is open and you can put valuables in use for several days and then they block it and naturally you have to pay for use to open it.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is paid, only in the lobby there is a weak signal, but it is free.
Positive:
The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is normal, the air conditioning works well, there are TV channels in Russian.
There is a buffet in the kitchen, they cook well, the chef controls everything, no one will stay hungry, the food is fresh, there is no risk of poisoning.
The staff is friendly.

Great hotel! There is no private beach. This is a minus. But there is a paid one, at the cafe to the left of the entrance to the beach. Everything else is a plus. We were looking for a cheap four, we needed a sandy beach, a children's pool, good cleaning so as not to lie down with rotovirus, read the reviews, stayed at this hotel.
The cleaning service at the hotel is really good. It's always clean everywhere.
The range of food is small, but everything is very tasty. We left well-fed and satisfied, the children were given fries, vegetables, soups, porridges and fruits.
Drinks are like in any four-star hotel. I took a gin and tonic with syrup, it was normal, my husband drank beer.
The road to the sea is paved, it was normal to walk with a stroller. Several times we went to the left, after Daphne's beach, to the bar, took fresh orange juice for $ 2 and rested on the sun beds for free. And most of the time they were located on a towel near the sea on the nearest beach. The sea has always been clear and without waves, the setting is gentle, the water is warm. It's very cool.
The pool near the hotel is large, the children enjoyed swimming.
There are many shops around the hotel, and prices in the supermarket are much cheaper than in Russia. We bought diapers and baby milk for the children right near the hotel.
On the last day, we rented a car for $ 40 + a car seat for $ 5. We went to Side, where we rode through the ruins on a paravesic. Then we went to the Manavgat waterfall. And in the evening we went to Alanya. We went up by car to the fortress, from there there is a view of the whole city.

We had a rest on 26.08. 04.09.21. Everything is just as quiet, family-like. The staff is helpful and polite. Minor repairs have been made, the carpet has been replaced with laminate. Instead of a watermelon, there was a melon, sometimes and always two grapes, plums, apples. Chicken in two dishes. Self-service, however, you need to wear disposable gloves at the entrance. Drinking water in an individual package of 0.2 liters. it is convenient to take with you. There is a small refrigerator and a TV in the room. Cleaning every day and swans were made and a heart for the child on the second bed. There were about 50% of the guests, mostly Turks, as in the 19th century. Half of the fives were closed, the rest were almost entirely Russian. We went to ancient Side ourselves twice, the fare is about 38 rubles. You can walk back along the embankment (3-3.5km.) Some empty beach chairs have been removed, where they have not been cleaned, they did not ask for money. In the evening, instead of elderly Europeans, there are Russian youth and families with children. Not far from the hotel, a new small (2.5 floors) shop has been built, on the ground floor there are products for the rest of the things for euros. They paid everywhere in savings and in lira. The rate is from 8p10kop. to 8p30kop. per lira. A bus like our Bogdan, but with a huge conde with a rear on the ceiling! The fare varies, depending on the distance and for cash. Cash is in a bank on the embankment near the gendarmerie, there are four ATMs and a commission of 100 rubles. Less than 100 rubles is not enough and at the dollar exchange rate. A ball of ice cream on the beach is about 80 rubles. From the hotel to the sea in a straight line (not far away!!!) about 400 steps. As always, the sea is clean and almost without waves. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, as in other fours and threes, the speed is sufficient for a video call. Roaming was not connected, although the incoming inexpensive 29p minute outgoing like 50rub. SMS from the savings bank came in 30- 60 seconds. after payment. Migros and A 101 are on the mountain, but you can walk. Opposite A 101 is a good shop, there is everything you need, the prices are almost like in Yekaterinburg. In vain they took a child's pot of the same kind at the same price in the children's world, they did not take it back, they left it. But I didn't forget to leave my cane))) I came home. For children under five years old, take a folding stroller, it will be useful for walks to the beach and evening prom. We came here by chance, since a boarding house in Alushta with three meals a day is 20t more expensive and it is unknown what kind of sea.
We will have the opportunity to come again and I will definitely take a small fishing rod))).

There is no beach of their own, they take them once a day to the beach of "partners" where they have to buy something at exorbitant prices, otherwise they will not just lie down.

It's a three, but it's not like it's not four stars. Of the cons: the beach is far away and alien. The food is the same. You can't starve to death, but it's not tasty. Flies are flying everywhere. The staff is normal and does not know Russian. For the same money, you can have a better rest. There are no kettles in the rooms. The hotel is old and needs renovation. I praise the cleaning, they cleaned every day.

We had a rest in June 2023.
The hotel is tired, the food is very monotonous and not very tasty - unless you stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure.
But the main disadvantage in my opinion is the service...the reception staff is terrible, the night manager doesn't seem to think that serving the guests is his job at all.
The sea is wonderful, it's not far to the beach.
But I do not recommend this particular hotel.

We won't eat anymore. It doesn't pull 4 stars. They promised to go to the family room, but apparently they don't have any. And they sent a confirmation. The Internet is terrible, only in the lobby. And it's not comfortable to sit there, the heat is terrible, they don't turn on the sleeper, although it is there.

The smell is terrible, they are fed stewed or boiled vegetables, very, very rarely they give something meat or fish. They gave me chicken, so only bones (soup set)! There is no animation at all! The alcohol is disgusting beer, the same wine, some kind of incomprehensible gin, vodka and their local swill. For children, there are two small slides in the pool. Wi-fi in hotels is only available in lobi and if there are more than 5 people on the network, it goes out! I do not recommend this hotel!!!
