A great hotel at a reasonable price. Large beautiful territory, swimming pool, private beach across the street. The food is high-quality and varied, I recommend taking half board, there is a main building and a bungalow. Daily cleaning and towel change,friendly staff. There are transport stops nearby, which allows you to move around the island. Many people write about Sasha who hangs out on the beach and offers excursions,what I can say for sure is that don't take a tour of Monkey Island from him,waste your time,it's better not to take it from a tour operator,and also don't go to a souvenir shop with him,it's better to get to Dadonghai and buy everything in Pineapple,the prices are lower there and the choice is huge. We went to a Romantic show with him, he promises VIP places, but the places are not the most successful, but if you are limited in funds and you want to see the shock (and it's worth it), then take it from him.

Beach: cool beach 22 km, not many people, gently sloping - ideal for children, without stones, palm trees and a few sun beds with an umbrella are located along the entire beach, you can always hide from the heat in the shade of palm trees, it helps a lot.
Swimming pool: there are two pools, one small, children's warm, and a large, unheated one, it was quite cool in December. But there is a liquor store near it, beer from 5 yuan, coconut 10 yuan. There is a seafood cafe nearby.
Rooms : we lived in 63 bungalows, looked at 2 rooms on the first and second floor. The rooms on the ground floor are bigger and the terrace is bigger. A narrow claustrophobic staircase leads to the second floor and the rooms are smaller. The condition of the rooms is about the same for three, once it was normal, but now it's tired. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, there is a kettle and tea, flip flops, old bathrobes, soap and soap accessories.
Breakfast: from 7 a.m. to 13 p.m., not to say wow, but in principle there is always something to eat at any time, even in the morning at 12, fruits of a couple of types, porridges, dumplings, noodles, vegetables, etc.
Dinner: there are dinners for money, 138 yuan per person, some of the breakfast dishes, some of the new ones, fine in principle, but too expensive, you can have a threesome in a cafe on the street for 200 yuan. There is such an option as a "trial dinner" at resppshen, say that you need it and go to dinner for free in the evening. Beer is included in the dinner, there is no restriction.
The hotel is located almost at the end of Sanya Bay, there is a minimum of entertainment around the hotel, if you need movement, it is better to choose hotels in Dadonghai. It takes 30-50 minutes by bus from this hotel to Dodonghai (depending on traffic jams). The 125 bus (2 yuan per person) goes to the beginning of Dadonghai Bay and, in principle, you can safely take it, but if you want to get to the center of Dodonghai, then first the 125 bus and at the Howard Johnson hotel you need to transfer to the 108 bus (goes to Pineapple). According to the meter, a taxi costs 11 yuan to board and then 2.5 yuan per kilometer.
There is a free World's Edge park next to the hotel, a relatively small Chinese-sized park, and you don't have to take a car inside (25 yuan). You just show your passports and they give you tickets. It takes 15 minutes to get there by 125 bus. By the way, the Deer Turned Its Head Park is also free, but it's better to take a car there, go far uphill.
Alcohol : the hotel has a shop and a shop near the bar, the prices are about the same 5-10 yuan beer and vodka. The beer sucks, and it doesn't really depend on the price tag. There is more or less beer on tap at the pool cafe. I don't really drink beer, and there's practically no wine there. I was saved by coconut vodka mixed in coconut, 1 bottle (150ml) is poured into coconut and a decent cocktail is obtained.
In general, the hotel is not bad, very green area, located near the airport, there is a place to eat nearby, but not much, the staff is adequate.
Of the cons: far from civilization, barking toads)), the sound insulation in the rooms is not very good. In December 2024 it was cool, during the day it was 20-27, at night it was 17-20 in the evening we went in sweaters.

We rested on Hainan Island in Sanya from 08/24/24 - 09/05/24. A
very pleasant place with its own flavor.
Hotel Palm Beach Resort And Spa 4*, the territory is beautiful, well maintained. The room has slippers for the beach, for the room, towels for the beach and for the bathroom, as well as toothbrushes, paste, soap and cellophane hair caps and a spiral from cockroaches and mosquitoes. 0.5ml bottles of water and tea bags (black and green) were brought to the room every day.
The climate is gorgeous: humid and warm!
The food is a buffet, the choice is huge. The sea is just around the corner! There we met Chin Dong and Sasha, we took excursions from them on the beach, Thank you <3
