A paradise for introverts
The hotel is located in one of the buildings of the former sanatorium Svetly. A small cozy hotel. There is wi-fi, TV, they work fine. Clean, neat. Breakfast is porridge, sandwiches with butter, cheese or sausage, sometimes eggs and tea. Lunch and dinner can be ordered for an additional fee. The kitchen is homemade, we haven't had enough in a week. The territory is large, or rather it is just a pine forest and paths, there are a couple of gazebos and a couple of tables with benches on the territory. The hotel is suitable for lovers of secluded walks and cycling trips through the forest. There are hiking trails and bike paths. The air is wonderful, quiet, privacy, very few people. You can swim in the Pike Lake. The nearest normally accessible beach is the city beach, take the bike path to the right along the lake shore, it's about 30 minutes from the hotel. On the beach there are sun loungers, changing cabins, a dumpster, a toilet (we didn't use it, though). The garbage is being cleaned. There are few people, the deck chairs are often free. No more of this "boiled corn! "There is no trade at all. The bottom is flat and shallow. Of the disadvantages - small stones 5 meters from the shore, then it's fine. The water is clean and transparent. There is also a beach near Rixos, it is closer, but they may not let you go there through security.
One of the disadvantages of the hotel is that there are no cafes and shops nearby. The nearest cafe is 17 minutes away, we haven't been there, we ate at the hotel and ordered a couple of kebabs and kebab kebabs ("Kebabs from Sakita", 69 Abylai Khan Street, highly recommended). This place is not suitable for party-goers, it's really a wilderness. It may not be particularly interesting with preschoolers - there is no playground, there is one swing and a playground in a nearby hotel 200-300 m away, but it seems to be someone else's. The beach is also a bit far away. It's okay with babies - silence and walks in the woods, no music and no movement. Our children are big (12+), it was fine. We took board games, cards, a ball, badminton, plus a big family, we had so much fun. It's better to have your own bicycles, the rental is far away. There is a go-kart next to the Rixos. If the weather is normal (no rain), then it's great, and if it charges for a couple of days, you're bored, you're sitting in the room, but you can still sit in the lobby and there's a big table with chairs on the 3rd floor, playing board games there.
One of the wishes is to put clothes dryers in the rooms, in the rain it is unrealistic to dry towels and swimsuits outside, and also mow the grass at least 100 meters from the hotel, otherwise the weeds are very close, it looks neglected.

The new name is the Palladium Hotel. It's very cozy. Clean, warm, freshly renovated, fresh linen and towels. Delightful mattresses of the right stiffness – the back is grateful! Even five people can freely sleep in the junior suite, the rooms have baths (albeit sedentary). A huge plus: it is possible with pets. Friendly hostess (receptionist?) I told you everything in advance on the phone and I'm always in touch. A delicious rich homemade breakfast is included in the price, lunch and dinner are available on pre-order (at first glance it is strange, but in the conditions "before the start of the season" it is clear to the wave). Gazebos with mangalas are traditionally available. They promise to organize a playground this year. Minor roughnesses that can be corrected later: there is no Wi-Fi, although there are televisions, they do not show anything – nothing for us, but children languish without cartoons :). There are kettles, but the location of tables and sockets does not correspond to the length of their cords – you have to boil on the floor. Yandex Navigator does not know the new name, defines this place as the Polet Hotel – but these are questions for Yandex. Overall, the place is wonderful, thank you!

Wifi Jock. TV doesn't show anything. The doors don't close well. Jaman sound insulation. You can hear all the floors and corridors. Sockets at the floor. The light is only big. Steep stairs. The taxi is also a problem. There is only one car per city on Yandex.
