Even the Palermo Hotel In Kobuleti, according to the assessment of the hotel business, it has 2 stars, for me it is 100 stars. Why? The staff was warm-hearted, their responsiveness, it was comfortable and cozy. The sea is really 5 minutes away. The hotel is located on the main street, everything is nearby.
We had a rest in July 2024. We were greeted hospitably, with a bottle of wine. Questions and requests were answered kindly. There were moments when we went on an excursion and did not get to lunch and dinner, we were given a break. And after the eviction, when there was a long period of time to wait for the bus, they were invited to lunch. Even before I got home, I wanted to go back to rest. I will definitely come back and recommend it in order to stay at the Palermo hotel, because there is an opportunity to relax by the sea like at home!

She gave 3 stars for the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness in the common areas.
Entertainment: one tennis table, they give worn-out rackets, because of the heat you can play only after sunset, there is no music, there are gazebos where you will kindly be provided with a corkscrew, dishes, but only until 23-30, then you need to leave.
Room for two: a small room of 10-12 m2, poor sewerage, with a smell, they will not move in the season, since there are no available rooms. They are cleaned every 3 days. There is no additional lighting of sconces or lamps, which is very inconvenient, communication (telephone)there is no reception, no shampoos, no slippers, there is a hair dryer, there is no kettle (and it definitely would not hurt with such food).
A hotel with 3 meals a day.
The most TASTELESS Breakfast, for which we did not even wake the children: half a circle of sausage, a piece of spread, a dessert spoon of jam, a loaf. Sweet grout, semolina, dumplings, rubber pancakes or porridge, sometimes boiled egg.
Disgusting tea and the same coffee. There is no milk, lemon, cookies or muesli and do not dream of it. We never ate milk soup, like many other vacationers, but the administration did not want to think of putting milk, there was boiling water and sugar.
I had to buy my own tea, coffee, cream. Lunch and dinner are usually normal in taste, but the size of the plates did not allow you to eat enough, the main dish was a pie plate, half a bowl of soup, salad in a coffee saucer (tablespoon), a side dish of 40-60 grams, they would have given at least buckwheat.. tin, from fruits: for 8 days, 6 times they gave a piece (triangle) of watermelon. The waitress girls are friendly. And the staff is generally pleasant. The sea is 300 meters from the hotel, beach stones, sun lounger + umbrella = 10 lari.
Upon check-in, they are treated with a bottle of wine from their own lands, delicious, thank you, but it would be better to be fed normally. Food photos (real quantity)I'm attaching it.
I do not recommend it and we will not go any more.

Pros: the room is spacious and comfortable, there is Parking, the food is good, the beach is nearby, the promenade is also, Felix is the best!
Cons: there is no pool, but it would be a different hotel and for different money. And so it's very budget-friendly and delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped for relaxation. Quiet and well-maintained area. The owners and staff work with full dedication for the benefit of vacationers. The staff is very pleasant, friendly, attentive. They treat the guests with respect. The hotel provides meals for vacationers. Red wine is offered for lunch (a nice addition to lunch). Nice hotel.The owner of Edik is a contact and adequate person, solves all the questions of the guests, without arrogance, which cannot be said about Amik-a rude, angry, boorish type, does not even answer the questions of tourists, except for pity I did not cause other emotions.The portions in the dining room were small (the girls had enough), but the muschins, of course not.The rooms are not cleaned and the garbage is not taken out, we did it ourselves.There are washing machines in the basement, you can wash them with your own powder.The location is good, 5 minutes to the sea, everything is nearby, cafes, a park, shops.Edik takes you on excursions as a gift from the hotel, we went three times in 10 days, I really liked it.A normal hotel for your money.We had a good rest!!Thank you, Eddie!

Do not mislead people by painting your hotel! This mountain hotel looks presentable only from the outside! Inside, these are tiny rooms where everything is shabby and old! No one thinks about your comfort and further rest, in this place the most important thing is to get money from you and that's it! The owners and co-owners of this establishment had enough time over the past and this unsuccessful tourist season to clean the rooms and bring everything missing into them, but they didn't even have the mind to clean the black mold in the bathroom! And do not complain about the climatic humidity, everything is clean and perfect in the neighboring houses!
I will not attach photos, so as not to completely spoil the memories of this amazing country! Let this "hotel" be the dirtiest spot of our wonderful vacation!
