The best restaurant in our city. Delicious dishes, pastas, pizza, author's teas and more. The staff is polite, friendly and courteous. There is a play area for children. Pleasant atmosphere. The receipt of a normal dinner is to match the restaurant, but you also leave with a feeling of good satiety. I recommend.

10-12 years ago it was a great place: the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, the portions are large, the service is fast, the atmosphere is cozy, the audience is decent. To celebrate a holiday or invite a girl was not shameful. The delivery also did not cause any complaints.
Over time, it began to deteriorate: there were cattle in sweatpants in the hall, lack of order and tranquility, the inability to talk, just yell like everyone else, the portions are average, the service is long - in a word, the level is not a restaurant, rather a cafe. Once I got cartilage in a pizza, well, not bone - fine, but I can fish bones with cartilage in borscht to give to the dog.
Since the spring of 2020, delivery has become extremely long, an hour and a half - during this time you can overeat any pizza, and even more so with bones.
Hire back the drivers you cut - it's your legs that feed you, and fire effective managers - they harm any business.
Today, there are other establishments in the city that beat Palermo in all respects, including the actual food, not to mention the rest.
