Nice hotel, slightly outdated renovation in the rooms. But everything is working, and despite the proximity of the tram line, the rooms are quiet. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, all the sights are within walking distance.
The hotel, of course, is "living out", unfortunately. There is no trace of the nobility shown in the photo. but!!! The location on the central street, near Eminonu marina, within walking distance from T1, Suleymaniye, Egyptian Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, TopKapi- I'm sure they forgive the shabbiness of the hotel.
We were on January holidays. The hotel is cold... The conder is dead, but we prepared ourselves and took an ordinary heater from home. The space is small, light, but not frozen.
The hotel's pool is 1.7 meters deep.clean, cool, for everyone.
Hamam-fu... That's the truth. You go from room to room, mask everyone with one brush-brrrr!I looked at this service from the pool and went to the local one.
Breakfast items. Do not try salads in any case!!- sour meat! The olives and snacks are delicious, the cheeses are divine, the pastries are not cloying, and the hot stuff is var.eggs, various croutons, sausages in tomato sauce, chicken fillet in gravy. Instant coffee. The tea is delicious-don't forget to add a sprig of mint.
You light up the cleaning icon for the staff in the morning, tell the reception that you need to clean up - everything is clean in the evenings. Ask for water without hesitation. There is no kettle in the room.
In general, they go to a meeting, try to please, and are polite. I made reservations for tickets+hotel+transfers via S7/
Transfers are cheaper than hotel ones and Maybach mini buses.
Everything is better in the photo than in fact, the furniture and plumbing are far from new. They bring water every day.
The breakfast is good, there are always a lot of snacks, greens, pastries, fruits. From hot sausage or meatballs, omelet/ hard-boiled eggs, stewed or fried vegetables.
We were at this hotel as a family in March (2022). The weather outside is quite cool, and the hotel is damp and cold. The air conditioner, tuned to heat, could not cope with the task.
The food is average, the staff is friendly, but in the end did not help solve the problem.
Of the advantages, only the location of the hotel
On the downside, it's terribly cold and dirty. The windows won't close. There's hair everywhere, everything is broken
The staff was friendly and helped us as much as they could.
I didn't want to stay at the hotel.
There weren't even any eggs at breakfast. On the second day, they did not waste time and went to have breakfast in a cafe. Instant coffee.
The hotel COMPLETELY DOES NOT MATCH the stated photos and description.
Disgusting attitude towards tourists!!!! Don't come here, the rooms are all terribly old. Shabby, dirty!!! The air conditioner is not able to heat the room - the rooms are COLD! People at the reception are sitting in jackets and hats!
For a better understanding of how disgusting it is here, look at the photo of my Deluxe room.
I arrived at the hotel on 13.02 at 8.30 pm, paid for 3 nights until 02/16.23; paying $ 190. I went into the room and was just horrified! The photos speak for themselves.
In addition to the fact that the room is VERY cold, there is a huge mirrored WINDOW in the bathroom, which blows very strongly! I couldn't even wash my hands, because it's impossible to go into this bathroom - it's cold as outside. It is clear that it is impossible to even take a shower in it - because it is VERY cold.
All the furniture is shabby. The table is dirty and streaked. The plumbing is rusty. Wi-Fi is NOT working!
The overall feeling of the hotel is like it's some kind of cheap hangout!....I immediately decided to leave here, giving the keys at the reception. And I asked for my money back. To which the hotel REFUSED me, without explaining it in any way.
Besides the fact that the hotel is very old and dirty, the hotel management is engaged in fraud. Without returning the money for an UNPROVEN SERVICE.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!! Do not believe the positive reviews of other tourists - I also fell for these reviews. But most likely they were written by the hotel itself…
There are simply no words how spoiled the impression of a vacation is.
For the same money, at the same cost, there are a large number of well-renovated hotels in the area. Look around. And choose another place.
Well, or if you do come here, take hats and warm clothes to stay in the room in them. And also a mask over his eyes, just not to see this blatant horror../
The hotel has an excellent location, an elevator and a nice pool-hammam-sauna. That's all, I didn't find any more positive moments. The breakfast is average, as in any hotel in Istanbul, regardless of the star rating. The face of the hotel-the staff- is disgusting. As a selection, everyone is boorish, sluggish and, in my opinion, they work for "fuck off". There is only one key for a family of 3 adults and you can't ask for more. In the room itself, somehow everything is not convenient for living. There are no hooks in the bathroom, no brush, no soap accessories and toilet paper until you ask, no toothbrushes, no place to dry the laundry - no balcony, no dryer. There is not even a suitcase in the room to put it on, to disassemble and assemble. Conclusion- if you are only interested in the location of the hotel, you can take it. If price and quality are important, I do not recommend it. This is not a cheap and lousy service.
The hotel does not match the stated photo and price. The hotel is very old and dirty. The hotel needs a major renovation. Very poor service, the feeling of a dump and a brothel. It's cold in the hotel, you need to wear a hat in the room, otherwise it's impossible to be there. Management is engaged in fraud. They take money for accommodation in advance, but refuse to return it: I left the hotel an hour after I arrived, and asked for a refund. But they refused, saying simply - no, we will not return anything. To be honest, this is the first time I've come across this, because decent hotels always refund the payment if the quality of the service really does not match the stated one. Don't get fooled by good reviews. The location of the hotel is also not the most convenient: trams run almost around the clock right in front of the windows a meter away from you.
Look at the photos: they speak for themselves. This is a DELUXE room!!!
A good hotel, I put 5 despite the indifference of the staff to their visitors. This can be seen with the naked eye. The breakfasts are meager, but the hotel itself is good
A 4* hotel ? It's just a scary place... For my money, they put me in a room where it's scary to touch anything and the first thought is: "is it safe to lie down on this bed?" Everything is dirty! The attitude of the staff is like: "say thank you for letting you in." And all this is seasoned with the terrible cold in the rooms.
But the booking has surprisingly good ratings, apparently bought... Well, for those who paid in cash, the money will not be returned to you, no matter what you do!
The hotel is on your own money. We have windows to the courtyard, so the room is quiet. But the audibility is such that you can distinguish the words spoken in the next room. The room was cleaned every day. Repairs have been required for a long time. Exit the hotel onto a busy street with trams. There is a subway nearby. There are many attractions within walking distance, including the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian. The staff is polite.
The only advantage of the hotel is the distance to the main attractions. Everything else is bottom: noisy (the walls are thin: you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms + trams and cars), the staff works disgustingly (they promise a lot and do nothing until you control them), the rooms are old and dead. You will regret the money and time spent.
Convenient location in the old part of the city, while very close to the European and the port. The pleasant and always helpful manager always smoothed out our impression :)
A very good SPA with a swimming pool, we rested there every evening after long walks around the city.
I can't say that this hotel is 4 stars, but it's a good three.
The hotel is terribly dirty, everything is old in the room, no hooks or shelves. Breakfast is so-so. The elevator is constantly breaking down, there is dirt and hair on the floor in the hammam. In general, everything is disgusting.
The hotel turned out to be surprisingly dead and dirty. The reviews on Booking, oddly enough, seem to be purchased. Terrible rooms, our broken glass countertop, chocolate-smeared ottoman, surprisingly dirty carpet, corners knocked down at everything and everything... the staff on the claim and comparing photos from the booking and photos from the room just returned the deposit to me (((just tin, I had to urgently look for a new hotel with bags)) This is the first time this has happened to me) The view from the room is also indescribable!
Convenient location. There is a public transport stop nearby, many cafes, a 7-minute walk from Sofia and the Sulimaniye Mosque. The Bosphorus and water transport are 10 minutes away. Nice rooms, clean linen and towels. Decent enough breakfasts, hardware coffee. The only drawback, (in my opinion), is the audibility in the rooms.
Good afternoon. I'll start with the positive aspects. My wife and I had a junior suite number 304. The room is spacious and has a huge comfortable bed. large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Three large windows. The third floor. The staff at the hotel does not speak Russian. The guys at the reception are friendly, they help with all questions. The hotel is located in the old town. The sights are within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of a transfer to the airport of 10 euros per person.
Now about the cons. The carpet in the room is stained with anything. The windows are floor to ceiling and when you open them, you can fall out into the street. I was especially surprised by the huge mirrored window in the bathroom. I checked several times to see if I was visible from the outside. There is no sound insulation in the hotel in principle. A couple lived in the next room. When they woke up in the morning, they talked about their plans for the day. I was aware of these plans to the smallest detail. There was no need to listen. In our understanding, there is no heating in the hotel. Heating is provided by a central air conditioner. I warmed up well, but if someone was smoking in the neighboring rooms, then I smoked with them. It's the same story in the bathroom. Someone is smoking, and the smoke is coming towards me. A separate "song" tram! He walks half a meter from the hotel wall. When it goes, it rings, scaring away tourists and onlookers. And so from 06:00 to 24:00. In general, if you want to get enough sleep or do not smoke, then you are not here.

I planned a trip to this hotel from 15.03-23.03, I booked the hotel in advance through the booking service. As a result, on 12.03 I take a coronavirus test and on 14.03 I get a positive result, which means that the trip is canceled. Of course, in this fuss, I just forget to cancel my hotel reservation, as there are already a lot of problems, trips to the CT center and other problems related to the disease. 15.03 in the evening, money is debited from my card for 31.36 euros. I immediately start writing to the hotel and the booking support service. I write to all the hotel's e-mail, the feedback form on the hotel's website and through the booking application, but the hotel does not have an ap, otherwise I would have written there. In all my letters and appeals, I attach the test results and describe the situation in which I found myself. As a result, the hotel DID NOT RESPOND to MORE THAN ONE of my letters, appeals, etc.! I just ignored it. I started calling booking support, explained the situation, sent the test result, to which they told me that they would submit a request for a refund from their side to the hotel, since the reason for not checking in was force majeure with health and that in 90% of cases hotels always make a refund. The next day, I received a reply from the booking that the hotel refused to go to the meeting and would not make a refund. I called support again, where they told me that they had done everything possible on their part, but the hotel decided to refuse and sent a receipt for debiting money, which is equal to staying 1 day at this hotel, and the receipt says "1 night stay".
The conclusion is as follows, the management of the hotel is not aimed at loyalty and customer orientation to tourists, but purely at making money, accordingly, if you have any problems, then they will obviously not be solved in your favor! At the same time, the hotel did not respond to my letters, NOT TO ONE, but when booking a room, they immediately and promptly began to offer me their extras.services!
It can't be worse, I think.
The receptionist still walks around and shows the guests what's where - he doesn't close the doors anywhere. Hence the ice sauna and the dry and ice hammam.
The massage is haphazard and clueless.
Try to avoid this place.
I can't say anything about the hotel itself, because I lived in the next one, but I went to this one to try the procedures - they are a solid unit.
Very poor cleaning. The linen has not been changed in 7 days. Towels were rarely changed. The water for tea was exposed only 3 times. The pool is unsanitary.

A three-star hotel! Breakfast is NOT ABOUT ANYTHING .....
Instant coffee.
In the room, the maid changed towels in the morning and put only one instead of two, as many as she did not ask at the reception, so they did not bring in two days.
