For the first time about 5 years ago, we bought wallpaper for almost the entire apartment. The saleswoman paid a lot of attention to us and patiently helped us make a choice! For the second time a couple of weeks ago, carpet was chosen. The seller Nikolay showed all possible options, suggested that it would be more suitable for us for the gym. The delivery of the goods to the store was carried out within the specified time without delay. The sales guys packed the goods well by the day of carpet removal, gave recommendations on how best to transport it, because the carpet is very large (5 ×8.5 m). All negotiations were conducted in a respectful, friendly and prompt manner. Many thanks to you for your help in choosing and for everything else! The carpet is excellent! The store is good. The prices are pleasant. BUT the attitude towards the buyer is at zero. On the lower floor, the seller is Andrey. He talked as if we were disturbing his rest. To overlay the track, I waited 15 minutes while he overlapped the mats, besides, people did not buy them and I stood in line without people, waiting for the weather by the sea. The most unpleasant thing is that before the holiday on March 8th. The mood is ruined.
