A great palace, good sections and clubs, excellent teachers! Children and parents really like it! + the embankment, where you can walk while waiting for the kids.

It is good to provide education for children, But I would like to repair the entrance group, clean the walls and stairs would look lighter. During the work, they were very confused. In the dressing rooms, hangers and benches with backs can count on the number of children in the delegation. It's hard to expect a performance on your feet. In general, the dressing rooms are very large.

It 's a nice palace . It was built in the USSR. Parking is paid. The location is right on the waterfront. Very few sections .there is even a swimming pool.
