Instead of glass in the window - glass blinds, mold, stench, stains on everything where possible, the terrible condition of furniture and wiring. In the photo, the window was insulated with a blanket. As a result, we moved to another hotel. A lot of photos with dead furniture, mold, terrible sockets, etc. were attached to the review. But Yandex, for some reason, rejected their publication.
I stayed at this hotel twice. Of course, the decoration wants the best, but if the goal is to go on excursions with breaks for a beach holiday, then it will do. However, on the second visit to the country, there was already no mini fridge in the same room. There is no kettle. Everything is very ascetic. Breakfast is monotonous, but it's good to starve a worm.Khan's almost permanent administrator. Funny aunt :) Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. There is a Yiddish restaurant in the basement. The staff is very friendly. I recommend. The location by the sea is excellent. Near the bus station and the interesting Herzel street. The local Arbat. Who does not worry too much about comfort, then it is quite tolerable. I am pleased with the presence of Russian TV channels :)
Yes. I join Vyacheslav B.'s reviews, but there were no Russian channels. I listened to music on TV. The sea is nearby, and it's beautiful. The Rubin Travel agency performs its functions perfectly. The Khan's administrator is also pleased. Thanks to her. Herring for breakfast is cool for me.The menu is very monotonous. The shabby room was a little depressing. Especially the bathroom. The flooring with a hole in the middle of the room was also not pleasing. Repairs are very much needed. But...good excursions, and most importantly, the sea is wonderful.
I like to come to Netanya, and I stayed at the Palas Hotel 2 times. I have wonderful memories associated with this hotel. Hana ( the administrator ) alone is worth a lot . A wonderful man and a professional in his field . In the Aidisha restaurant, Mom will feed you delicious dishes in May.

It's a creepy place. One at the hotel, it is unclear why they write about two, three. Nothing has changed since it was built. Broken furniture, walls swollen with fungus and mold. The smell of dampness eats into things so much that it remains even after washing. Breakfast: yogurt, boiled egg, bread, beetroot, herring once a week. There is no hot food.
If you don't feel sorry for your health and want a spoiled vacation, go there.
