MANY THANKS TO YOUR REALTOR FOR THE COCKROACH, hid the neighbor who breeds unsanitary conditions, drunks from below, communicated with another realtor and he openly talks about all the neighbors who are in the house. I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT PAKODAN AS MUCH as possible, after a while big troubles may arise because of such "sellers" who do not care about buyers
