The reviews relate to Pad Thai in Diamond City shopping center.
1 visit - the receptionist was so busy chatting with her boyfriend that she ignored the take-out order and put everything on a tray. When I picked up the order, I said again that it was for takeaway and then packed.
Visit 2 is a different administrator, it's more a question for the management and parents, why didn't they teach them to say hello and say please when the client greets first and says thank you.
3 the order was delivered - an absolutely cold tom yam was brought (the cold one just tasted disgusting, I had to heat it in the microwave), one would think that it had cooled down on the way, BUT the other dishes were hot and the delivery was carried out in 9 minutes.
P.S. and the last thing when I called and reported that the cold pit was said, that the administrator will call me back. No one called back! This means that no one cares...
and 5 stars are earned for a dish as a gift, not for an honest review.

Sometimes I order a pho bo here . It was always very unstable in terms of the number of ingredients and their availability , but in principle it was fine . But today some pasta arrived : (just a couple of spoonfuls of broth. And this time they didn 't put vinegar and Chili :( I thought maybe they added it to the soup right away , but no ! There are no traces of taste or pungency :( I wanted pho bo soup , but in fact I ate only pasta :( . I was upset by this order in general :(

In the kitchen, everyone wears their hair down, so don't be surprised by the hair in the food.

This chain has been a complete disappointment lately, both on delivery and on the food court. They don't read the comments on the delivery and put what they asked for on the delivery.
I waited for the admin on the foot jacket in the Green for 25 minutes today, although the point only started working at 10 a.m. and there is already a break. The admin came only after a call to support, stayed for 5 minutes and left.

We visited the institution in December. The cashier is often absent on site. We ordered Tom yam with seafood. The shrimp in tom yam soup is raw. They said they were bringing them in and they weren't doing anything with them. Not fried, not boiled. This applies to everything in the broth. Nothing comes through heat treatment. A friend made a similar order. We did the same story, but with a slice of lime). They threw everything away.

Wok is sooo spoiled, I put one star only for the fact that it was delicious as always, but the portions were exactly half a box (((. Wok with seafood and ink noodles, there were three tiny shrimp and a couple of mussels ((( and a couple of strips of squid. I am very disappointed, I will not order any more!

During dinner, a piece of wire, 5-6 cm in size, twisted 2 times, was found in a Pad Thai dish with shrimp. I assume that this is a fastening from packing something. I am glad that the food was put on plates and I did not eat this wire. The taste of the dishes leaves much to be desired. Sour tom yam and microscopic shrimp, sour pork is absolutely not like the picture on the menu. I do not recommend it.

Like the cashier girl after the cash register, although she did not take cash. The vegetables were defrosted in an open form in a container right on the stove (where they are fried). I love your food, but we stopped walking because of the huge wait, okay, it was rush hour, but on Tuesday at 3 p.m. it's too much.

This time we were given the same seafood soup, but added more liquid to it, 4 shrimps and a cup of rice each. But this is not the end. I decided to eat the duck later and took it with me. When I opened the box... instead of duck, there was beef. It was accompanied by noodles, a piece of onion and raw carrots. That's all. It tastes terrible. Everything is sweet. The only thing is that the carrot was a success. I don't know if we're so "lucky" or if it's always like this. I will not check it and I do not advise anyone.

Great. I love the main dish, actually pad thai and here it is well... almost as it should be. But in general, it's wonderful for such exotics here. The portions are sufficient, the prices are not biting. A little more friendliness to the staff, but this, alas, is a common feature of our business.

It's a disgusting place! The order was given 40 minutes later, taking into account that there were a couple of other orders in the queue. The taste of the dish is terrible, we took two woks with shrimp. In one, we counted only 3 small shrimps, which are absolutely tasteless.

Hello! Order 03.01.2023 #106 the soups were just amazing, they made it even better than usual (I always come in). But there were questions about the service. The order was accepted by a nice girl, without unnecessary words. But I had to take it from a girl who, in my opinion, should not work with people. When he discovered the absence of cutlery, he returned and asked (the girl was on the phone) reluctantly gave it. These are, of course, small things, but the sediment left a very unpleasant one. How can there be staff in a place where some of the best Asian dishes in the city are made, who simply cannot greet a visitor with a smile?! In general, if you are not worried that you will be treated incorrectly, you should go. The best soups are here (I recommend pho bo), and overall a great place if it wasn't for the staff.
