Tasteless food and unpleasant service are all available here. Let's start with the service, when we went to the checkout we saw a sign (a break of 20 minutes), when we asked the staff how long it lasts, we did not receive an answer. After waiting for the end of the break, we received service from the cashier, who, while accepting the order, was talking on the phone. Whether this can be called high-quality service, decide for yourself. The order was prepared quickly, the only plus found, but after seeing what we received, we understood why so quickly. Having visited more than one institution of this chain, I was extremely disappointed, the beef was tough (it was impossible to chew), the portion was much smaller than at other points. In another serving, there was almost no chicken, and if there was, it was burnt, the noodles tasted like they were cooked in 4 weeks of oil, the sauce was sour and far from fresh. If you are allergic, then there is nothing for you to do here, we asked if it is possible to remove red bell pepper or eat dishes without it, in response we were told that there are no such and pepper is in everyone. After receiving two different dishes, we were extremely surprised that pepper was in abundance in one (it was for an allergic person), and in the second it was not (at all). In the second portion, we got some kind of mess that doesn't even look close to pad thai. If you want to get a terrible impression, then go here. And I recommend all reasonable people to pass by.

The food was delicious, and that was the end of all the advantages. But there is no service. At first glance, it was clear that I was preventing them from talking and sitting on the phone. She answered questions about the menu reluctantly, it is clear that I distract her from a more important activity like sticking to the phone. How dare I come and distract her. Thank you for not throwing the tray at me when you gave it back.

We went to eat with my wife. They remained dissatisfied. My wife ordered a pho do ya wok and two mochi. Pho bo is not soup. And there's a lot of nonsense in a paper plate. The wok feels like the meat is spoiled and they decided to season it with seasoning. And for dessert, what made us happy was mochi. They are very tasty. We just haven't tried it once. Maybe they are doing it wrong. But the fact is that they liked it, so I put 2 stars. And the current deserves 1 star. I do not recommend them.

The service is terrible, the cashier is always going somewhere, there is no one behind the counter. The corn dog is dry, the sausage is cut into 3 small pieces, although it should be whole, the udon with beef in sweet and sour sauce turned out to be with smelly chicken and without sauce. I should have read the comments first before I risked ordering something at this eatery.

By food: there are almost no squid in squid rings, crackers, cheese, mostly, and in noodles with seafood, either one or 2 shrimps, this is the end of seafood
Considering that rings are 12 rubles, and noodles are 15 rubles - it is very expensive and competitors have better offers

On the Yandex Food website, this product looks excessively appetizing, but in fact, when you open the box, you feel the aroma of overcooked oil and see micro coals.

The food is delicious, convenient location, large parking, BUTOOOO..... the service is simply terrible, the administrator at the checkout is completely unable to communicate with people and does not have communication skills, it is worth thinking about the fact that people do not want to come here because of the arrogant face of the administrator. First of all, she represents the face of the company, and she spoils it as much as possible with her own.
When the rest of the food court points open, no one will approach this institution.
Look for a normal administrator who will greet and help with the choice, not this one sitting at the checkout!
