Many rooms without windows and no soundproofing at all. Otherwise everything is good, but it's enough for minus two points.

It was only in Malaysia that I found out that there are hotels without windows. In general, it was fine, but I didn't like that only one elevator was working at the time of our arrival. This made life much more difficult.
