The design of the hotel is very original. The first thing you do in the room is to inspect the interior, there are many details that were approached with a soul (as it seems to me) and imagination. The breakfasts are good, but, in my opinion, there is not enough good coffee! The only fat minus is the ladies at the reception. Not client-oriented rude women. The theater starts with a hanger, so the management needs to pay attention to this point. Perhaps the situation has changed today, the last time I was at the hotel was in early September.

Convenient location, interesting eclectic design, friendly staff. Log building, warm in the hallway, air conditioning in the rooms. The apartments are not bad, but you can already think about renovation, for example, to refresh the walls. There is an induction single-burner stove, microwave, kettle, charging station for gadgets. The bed linen is satin, snow-white, lots of pillows and a comfortable mattress. Mini-bar. A nice courtyard with a designated smoking area, a frame pool, but large, there is an exit from the hotel lobby, sun loungers. The breakfasts are good, pastries, porridges, compote, fruit drinks, tartlets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes with jam, sour cream or condensed milk.
For me, there was one minus, the buzzing of the air conditioning units outside the window, like Chinese torture drops. Moreover, I was "lucky" there were many of them on my wall, one under one, and there was a decent buzz at night. And in general, a good hotel, I can recommend

A great hotel with an original design. The mattresses are divine. My daughter loves apartments with a tent. Breakfast is included, you can order in the room, but you will have to pay 200 tenge for the subtopic.

A very nice hotel that lacks a bit of service and hospitality. Every time there is a question about who will lift the suitcase to the second floor and thanks to the guards for helping out.
The room is cozy, although audibility can be annoying, they stopped by my room in the middle of the night.
The idea of a filtered water faucet on the floor is wonderful.
Wifi is very unstable, but when it didn't work at all, the staff said they were fine and that's my problem)
It would be great to change the breakfast assortment towards a healthier diet (a large selection, but mostly flour products, fried / fatty), and at dinner everything is poured with sweet sauce.
The coffee leaves much to be desired, but fortunately there is a kettle in the room and you can brew your own.
In short, the hotel has excellent chances to become just fine, but for this you need to slightly refine the service and some managerial aspects. I hope it will be so and I will be happy to return to you.

The design is unusual, not everyone will come in. Overall, it's not bad. A good solution with a water filter in the hallway. It's bad that the magnetic lock in the door works on the 10th attempt. I also didn't like the constant smell of gas, someone might not have smelled it, but it gave me a headache.

Breakfasts are not for spoiled people, the doors in the hotel are glass, which means it is very light to sleep, since the lamps are shining in the corridor (plus wrinkles on the face, minus the quality of sleep). The bed is good, the hotel is stylish. I forgot to put liquid soap (I was without soap for two days).
The hood is working terribly hard in the room, it feels like we're on the runway. You can't turn it off on your own, it turns on by itself and for a long time.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms are clean with a rather interesting and original design. There is everything you need for relaxation: slippers, toiletries. Everything in the rooms is very thoughtful and comfortable, there is a large TV. Very tasty and varied breakfasts, always clean and free in the morning. We are very happy with everything!

There were no normal rooms, I was settled in a suite with a sauna. I woke up to the sound of someone making noise somewhere nearby. I think what's going on? It turned out that in the next room in my room, people were tr***ting. 😱I'm like, "guys, I'm sorry, of course, but what are you doing HERE," they say, "we're fucking doing it." I say, "I can see that, but why in my room booked before Friday?" They freaked out, apologized, got dressed and left. And well, we also laughed very wildly, apparently neither they nor I expected this. And at the reception they told me "oh, sorry, the lock on the side of the bathhouse is broken, but tomorrow they will come and fix everything", That is, they offered me to continue sleeping and living with one open door to the room. Great service🤬

Excellent buffet breakfasts. The apartments are not hot in winter (for me this is a plus, but for the heat-loving it is better to take rooms in the main building). The original and non-standard design of the design is again for an amateur, but it went to me. I do not know any decent competing hotels in Karaganda for this price.

He lived in the second building. The hotel is just a firework display of visual interior and exterior ideas, but in many places it looks gaudy and collective farm-like. I have holes in the walls for plumbing, grilles and other details were made very sloppily. The water in the shower was barely flowing, and it flowed not only from the watering can built into the ceiling, but also from the holes of the lamp attachment. The lamp was briskly dripping down.
!!! But in 15 years of business trips to 20 countries of the world, this is the first hotel where I saw an air humidifier in the room!!!
A colleague lived in the main building. Everything is much more carefully done there. The artist did a great job. The visual effect is spoiled by the doors and cubicles of the shower-toilet - it looks very office. Wi-Fi works well. The price-quality is excellent!

A wonderful designer hotel! I have stayed at this hotel more than once when visiting Karaganda. Designers need to put up a monument in the city center. Nice, friendly staff! Delicious breakfasts! I love this hotel, the best one for me! The rooms are always clean, there is wireless charging (not everywhere), but you can always ask and they will definitely bring it.
