The place is comfortable and pleasant. the waiters are friendly. The food was prepared quickly and efficiently. The location is very convenient right next to the shopping center. The interior is very pleasant.
Convenient location. There are a lot of visitors, dishes are removed from the tables quickly. I didn't wait long for the order. I ordered a very simple meal. Lavash, chicken soup and a cup of tea. I picked up the dish so that there was no heartburn. Chicken soup in any canteen of the city is tastier and of course cheaper. Three hairs of chicken meat and two tablespoons of the cheapest vermicelli, which falls apart with longer cooking. There was no heartburn after consumption. Tea was brought in a coffee cup (100 ml), which is half the size of a tea cup. In general, it's a shame for such savings on visitors.
I want to say that the high quality of the kitchen, service and comfort is primarily the merit of the management! And of course, the staff plays a huge role!
I thank all those involved for the great taste and comfort 👍👍👍👍👍
Convenient location, near the park and in the center, but I've been passing by for a long time, I used to be a regular customer. But then, over time, I began to notice that prices were sky-high, and the portions of food, dessert and tea were negligible, the service left much to be desired and cleaning was rarely carried out in the restrooms. What was my surprise when I paid 500 tenge for a cup of green tea bags (a mug of about 150 ml, if not less) (2019, if I'm not mistaken), but this is not a restaurant and even the addition of boiling water is not allowed. And in the neighboring Elephant, for the same tea, the price is 120 tenge (nowadays) for a mug of 270 ml and boiling water can be taken for free. You sit and think why foreign companies are trying to profit from the people of Kazakhstan, why no one controls the price tags.
The waiters are all polite, they know how to work with people. The place is quiet and cozy. I didn't like the fact that the food was too greasy. That is, when you eat meat, the smell of sunflower oil immediately comes, not meat.
I made an order, and ordered water, they brought a glass, the glass stank, they wiped it with a very old rag, I told the waiter, I didn't see any more glasses… Service 0
I visited the point in Atakent for the first time, and I was very disappointed with the food. First, we ordered two servings of urfa kebab, which turned out to be disgusting. The meat was obviously stale, it was impossible to eat, and the fat stood out like a century old. Before that, by the way, the Ozyurt salad was brought, the ingredients of which were also expired: walnut - for sure, but I'm not sure about the pomegranate. Even if only the nuts were spoiled, it greatly affected the salad. The portion of salad leaves much to be desired, scanty compared to what was ordered 3 years ago. Over time, this trend is probably observed in many institutions of the country, but the difference is simply huge. The waitress Ayaulym, by the way, ignored all our requests: she promised to bring lemon for tea and salad plates, which she was not going to bring without our request, and did not bring any of the above. During the coronavirus period, she did not wipe the table, although we sat down immediately after the previous visitors, and did not bother to remove dirty napkins from the table, which flew in different directions. We had to wipe the table ourselves. But the butter, which we did not ask for, she brought with pleasure to the puff bun. We ordered Baklava right away, there were at least five servings of each type on display. We chose two of each of the three species, and instead of putting them aside at once, she brought us only two species, apologizing for the absence of another species with her timid "no more". And finally, the pistachios in the baklava (both types were with pistachios, some square, others in the form of lozenges) were clearly stale, and the dough was stale. In general, the "halal restaurant" Ozyurt clearly has problems with nuts. The food is disgusting, the service is terrible! My foot, at least in this branch, will not be there. I hope, nevertheless, to improve the quality at this point and maintain it in the rest.
I recommend a cool place for a Turkish restaurant

A great place, especially with family, the food is always on top, but I do not advise doner, choose something else. Very clean and tidy. Prices are above average, the average check per person is 4000 tenge and above. A free place.
