We rested with my husband in a sanatorium for the first time. The overall impression is very good. We took a wellness tour for 5 days. The food is wonderful, a large well-groomed landscaped area (outdoor exercise equipment, hammocks, pear chairs, etc.), sun beds on the beach. In the evening, karaoke, movies, and contests for children are organized for vacationers. Fortunately, the weather was very good, and we enjoyed our rest immensely. We devoted one day to a trip to Grodno, very close by. The only drawback is that during the 5 days of stay, the washbasin and toilet were never cleaned and towels were not changed, although once even a sign was hung on the door.

A very good sanatorium.
We have been here for 3 days. Of the treatment, there was only a salt room (where we all fell asleep) and an oxygen cocktail. They left in complete delight.
Very beautiful. In the evening, the backlight.
The food is too good. There was a lot of food for us. But they all ate because it was delicious.
The rooms are clean, the mattresses are new. Shower room, toilet bowl - cleanliness is at a height. Cleaning is daily. This is very important to me.
Swimming pool, water park, saunas, billiards, bowling, volleyball.
Super showprograms in the evening. Nice bar. Delicious mulled wine.

And what a fresh coniferous air here!

Good afternoon, I have been vacationing in the sanatorium for more than 10 years and am a regular guest, I liked everything, the staff, the territory, the pool, but for the first time I found myself in such a situation. Having booked a vacation in the usual rooms already a year ago, having made a 100% prepayment, when I arrived it turned out that the rooms I had booked were occupied, and I was forced to live in rooms of the worst location and quality that were inconvenient for me. The most interesting and unpleasant thing is that the booking department did not warn me about this!!! I do not know how to interpret this, whether it is negligence on the part of the booking department, or not the desire to have regular customers, I do not understand!

We rest for the second time. I liked the sanatorium very much. Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, impeccable work of the receptionists, beautiful and well-groomed territory, excellent medical base.
But there are also a few disadvantages. Maybe we were unlucky the second time)
1. Wi-Fi.
For the 1st time we rested in the 6th building, now in the 5th. There is excellent Internet in that building, there have never been any problems. In this case, it's the opposite. Low speed and unstable connection.
2. The condition of the room.
A leaky bedspread; when the front door is closed, plaster is sprinkled; there is a hole on one of the walls at the bottom, which is hidden by a skirting board, but it is not fixed; the coating is chipped on the bedside table; a lamp in the corridor without a canopy.
3. Cleaning.
The quality of daily cleaning leaves much to be desired. The room is quickly swept with a mop, garbage is taken away in the bathroom and only the washbasin and floor were washed a couple of times.
There is something to compare it with, because a year ago there were absolutely no complaints about the condition of the room or the work of the maids. Everything was always cleaned, regardless of whether we were absent from the room or were in it during cleaning.
Of course, there are many advantages. They can be listed for a long time) And maybe we were just a little unlucky this time)
And I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff for their professionalism and attitude towards vacationers.
And also many thanks to our therapist Elena Vladimirovna Brinkevich. I wish there were more such doctors in our medicine))

I never got there myself, I was in Novogrudok. My good friends rested in the Lakes several times. Positive impressions are just a sea. These are living conditions and food. Only one walk around Grodno (about 20km) gives a lot of positive emotions. The only wish, if you go, is to come by car. Transport in Belarus has become somewhat problematic.

We went to the Water Park and the spa area for the first time. Of course, they didn't take towels with them. We paid for the entrance ticket, came to the Water Park, and to our question "Where can I get towels?" they looked at me with very old and surprised glances like "What kind of towels are you?" There is a shop next to the Water Park in the next building, which is closed on weekends (we arrived on Sunday) and it is also impossible to buy towels. We tried to find out, to arrange for a medical building - nothing came out. "There is no such service."
How is it? There are no towels in the SPA, seriously? I also counted on a bathrobe as a result : wasted money, spoiled mood and generally unwillingness to come there again.

There is a huge territory, there is an exit to the forest, and a walking area in the forest itself.

Quite a decent sanatorium, if not for the price tag!!!!! It's cheaper to fly to Turkey for a full board for a week than to feed mosquitoes here for a week and pay for each bunch separately! For example: when visiting the water park, only 90 minutes are included in the price, if you also want to go to the sauna there, you pay extra! And so don't touch anything! Only the water in the cooler at the entrance to the dormitories is free, but you type it into your cup - there are no disposable cups!
There is no Internet!!!!!
Ducks and swans walk along the beach - respectively, their bowel movements are everywhere.
The water in the lake is very dirty (it was at the end of July), so children were not allowed to swim!
Conclusion: a well-licked scoop, there is nothing to do here for 2 weeks - a maximum for the weekend and, again, very expensive (for such money everything should be included).

Great family vacation. The service is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day, they are always ready to help. The food is delicious, there is a choice of dishes. I would especially like to thank the medical staff. these are wonderful people, masters of their craft.
The rooms are clean.
The pool is clean and very warm, the children really like it. The water temperature is about +28 sometimes higher.
The territory is large and green, very beautiful and clean. There are playgrounds, trampolines, hammocks.

An excellent sanatorium for family holidays. Lots of entertainment. Own water park with a full-fledged swimming pool and Spa area. In summer, there is a private beach on the shore of a picturesque lake. Sports grounds. The kitchen is very good. Secure Parking for cars. We had a rest for the November holidays last year. A fox was walking around the territory in the evening.

Beautiful well-maintained territory.
A good medical base, very diverse.
Good meals are served five times a day. They feed a lot and are delicious.
The main feature of the sanatorium is a water park and a swimming pool.
Visiting them with electronic bracelets for 80 minutes a day is free of charge. You can do more, but for the money.
Just outside the fence in the forest is the church of Peter and Paul. A beautiful new model.
Almost all the staff is friendly and friendly.

We are currently resting in a sanatorium. Everything is great. There are enough procedures for 12 days. We got a paid massage for up to 10 treatments. The food is excellent, there are a lot of fish dishes. The nature is simply fabulous, the pine air. Health paths in the forest. We rest for the second time. And we will come again.

We had a rest in Ozerny with my wife on a weekend trip - we were satisfied. We have repeatedly visited sanatoriums in Belarus and we have something to compare it with. We especially liked your wonderful sports and recreation complex. The pools with slides are beyond praise. We regretted that we did not take the children. My wife liked water aerobics. Special thanks to the instructor. The nature around cannot leave anyone indifferent at all. The room stock is also wonderful. The staff is very polite and helpful. I think this sanatorium already has an excellent reputation, as people who relax and recover here come back here again and advise their friends and acquaintances.

Excellent sanatorium. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is in excellent condition. I don't know why they wrote comments that the lockers don't close - all the lockers are on bracelets, everything works.

An excellent sanatorium....the staff is helpful....Everything is fine! but....sit at a 4-seater table where vacationers with children sit...6 people....This is too much! It's cramped...inconvenient...I understand.that the sanatorium is full of people...so put up additional tables....why push people around.Like a barrel full of stuff?! We were in the sanatorium for 12 days, for the first time in the sanatorium.The goal was to heal, swim, go on an excursion to Grodno and celebrate the New Year. Everything planned has come true, we are very pleased.Many people have been vacationing here for many years, this is an indicator, given the large number of sanatoriums in Belarus. There is a glazed dome above the pool itself, from the windows there is a view of nature and the territory of the sanatorium. Changing rooms and showers could have been better, every joint is clearly felt on the slides themselves. There is a Jacuzzi with warm water. The price tag is too high.
