I used to like Ozone, it was close to the centre, and customer service was very friendly. However, recently, their service has changed, and people who work there become super rude to customers.
My kid started in Sep, I bought her a membership for a higher price since they did not have any kids' memberships, which was ok, but then she lost her card. When she asked about it, the customer service reps were super rude to her, telling her this is her last time attending the gym.
Someone from sales reached out to me saying they do print cards for free if you lost them for the first time, and she was saying we got 2 cards. However, my kid never got the 2nd card.
I do not like when people lie, if you do business you have to be honest. Yes, your support reps are super rude, never printed/provided the 2nd card, just admit it, and move on. No need to lie.
I would not recommend Ozone to anyone:(
+
There are few people in the morning before lunch
Pretty clean
Friendly girls at the reception
There is water from the filter, very convenient
Towels are provided
Convenient location
There is soap in the locker room, I don't know why it says no in the reviews below. Both in the shower and at the sink. There are always paper towels and other hygiene items.
The towel basket is often emptied. In general, the cleaners are great, there are no complaints
about them - the girls do not know how to sell the gym (this comment is more for the management). The girls did not know the answer to the questions about the hall (whether there was one frame in the hall, whether Smith was alone). It's not that they didn't know the answer, they didn't know what kind of simulators they were.
One frame, one smith))) Smith is tall, you can't do a buttock if someone is used to it. But there is a simulator, so everything is OK.
The dumbbell pitch is too big. It is clear that in the world all sports equipment is made for men, but can you buy dumbbells in increments of 1 kg? When after 5, 7.5 immediately goes, and then 10 goes, it's pretty hard to progress. I asked the reception to bring this issue to the management, nothing has changed.
This is not the first comment about the fact that the barbells are not disassembled and the pancakes are lying haphazardly. The management responds that everything has been fixed, but it is not. To be honest, it's a bit heavy to disassemble a smith with pancakes of 20 kg each time. Especially if the bar is high and there is a chance to land a pancake on your face. Pancakes are also scattered around the gym next to the gym equipment, it's messy and you can stumble.
The qualifications of some coaches raise questions. And I'm not talking about the fact that one coach trains 2-3 clients at the same time (although this is also not good). For example, during stretching, a trainer can come up and pull your weight without asking you, which is absolutely not allowed, because there is a high risk of injury. And that's not all, of course, but there's not enough room to paint everything.
There are hooks in many lockers (or I'm lucky to have such lockers, it's not very clear here)
There is also a breakdown in the shower alone, which no one fixes - the drain lid has been loose for several months, it is inconvenient
In general, if you only go to the gym during the day and study on your own, then everything is fine. Yes, there are few exercise machines, a small gym by itself. But it's completely realistic to build a program for what we have. The main simulators are presented, the equipment (straps, fitball, etc.) is in sufficient quantity. There are enough benches, enough free scales. There is a cycling hall, which is relevant to many
There are also holiday sales for season tickets, so the price tag for Tashkent + is adequate (we take into account the area)
So the hall deserves 4 points for my requests.
A very nice, cozy and well-stocked room with qualified staff. The impression is spoiled by a cramped locker room and sometimes a dirty shower smelling of urine. If not for this, I would have continued to walk despite the cost above the average for a gym of this class.
Very non-customer-oriented
there is no morning subscription for a month - "our system does not work, only for 3 months"
I wanted to work out with the coach - "you have a subscription for the morning – buy a one-time visit for the whole day and then you can work out with the coach for a fee"
The best club of this format: a cycle studio, group directions, massage, and of course - a gym. But the main feature of this branch is the coaches, namely a trio of coaches: Feruza Akhmatkulova, Alexander Sakharov and Lyudmila Bogatyr. If you don't know who it is, then you urgently need to go to a training session at ozonefc - darhan
The coaches are incompetent. They also sell a sports pit. Two halls - one small with exercise equipment, there are always a lot of people, there is nothing to breathe. The second one is constantly busy, or group classes, or personal training. The staff is not friendly. There is never shampoo in the showers, etc., the hair dryers are broken. The hall is poorly cleaned. They don't work on holidays and they don't compensate for the days, your subscription just burns out. For the friend they mentioned, they charged 10%, as a result, after long disputes, they barely added 5%.

The club on Darkhan is small. Indeed, when there are a lot of people, it is not very convenient. But tolerable. The second one on Nukus is more spacious and more comfortable. The equipment is normal, but you need to keep an eye on the condition, some treadmills seem to "slip" under your foot.
The quality of the service is not so good. If you need a coach, then you should understand that "individual" training is when your instructor accompanies several more people, and he only has time to "show" you the technique, well, and look after you briefly. You are left to yourself for most of the "individual" training for 130 thousand, and you control the risk of injury, which is very easy to get in sports.
And to be engaged only with you, you need to pay extra for a "personal" workout - 200 thousand, and then, as the club assures, the coach is completely yours. But something tells me that the tradition of "selling more expensive, but making a minimum" will work here too.
The hall is nice, the staff is friendly
But emae
Teach the coaches so that they teach their students to put the kettlebells and pancakes in place
In any good hall where there is mutual respect, visitors unload barbells, remove dumbbells
You have a mess with this!
Great gym, everything is there. There are wireless chargers on the bedside tables and filtered water is freely available in the center of the hall (it turned out to be very important for me).
The gym is small, the basic bench press and squat racks are in a single copy(!), almost no one disassembles the simulators and cleans up after themselves, the coaches don't care, they don't even try to do something about it
If you are one of those who believes that the client is always right, then you go to three letters will tell you the manager and coach of this institution. A very small hall, and the coaches are real talkers, they would chat about the case, they stand in the middle of a tiny hall and talk about their dog life and interfere with studying
It's not the first gym I've ever been to. The gym itself is small, there is not much choice of simulators and exercises, although there is everything necessary for non-professional athletes, but for those who have come either to get in shape or to maintain it. However, in the evening hours there is a difficulty with the availability of some simulators due to high workload. I will definitely write down the disadvantages of the lack of group classes for children and the absence of a combat zone - in my opinion, these are mandatory attributes for fitness centers today. But there is one huge plus - it's the coach. I have never encountered such a professional approach to non-professionals in any gym. In all the gyms, coaches seem to be trying to make you an athlete, often resorting to an inappropriate program that leads to injuries or overtraining. Here, they approach everyone individually based not only on opportunities, but also on goals.
Overall, the place is great, everything is clean and the service is at the highest level so far. Not all of the shells are there, as there is a small place on Darkhan. It's not comfortable that you have to crowd into a small locker room, although you can tolerate it for such a price. It is very nice that they start working from 6, since after the Proforma it is the second place at an affordable price.
A great place, good coaches, a very cozy gym with its own atmosphere.
The showers and changing rooms are in good condition, convenient and spacious Parking.
I can't say anything bad.
A very great fitness room, the trainers are very excellent, the staff is very polite

The gym is great, the coaches are the best in the world (fact), the people walk very well.
It is unclear why we are charged 200 thousand soums per visit. Well, it's very expensive, please return the price!
Clean rooms, changing rooms and restrooms
Friendly administrators
Separate lockers in the changing rooms
Personal hygiene products and hair dryers for girls in locker rooms
Showers
There are group classes
A terrible gym, a very small room, not all the exercise equipment, old and stacked on top of each other, an unpleasant smell, I was there once and that was enough for me.
a great gym at the level of all of them. And in Tashkent, he is the leader and takes 1st place. But for the price, probably not everyone can afford it. Even many of our stars go there
