Unfortunately, due to the sluggishness and unwillingness of the staff (and/or management) to accept goods on time, orders are almost always ready for delivery a day later. Moreover, they arrive on time. And acceptance - do not understand when.
There are few customers, employees spend time "on the phones", do not respond to comments, referring to the large amount of work and clients. I would like to emphasize that it is the most unloaded PVZ that I have seen.
I hope I will be heard and the situation will be corrected.

At least at night, accept or hire more employees if you do not have time in due time.
