I picked up the parcel just yesterday. A young girl was sitting, talking on the phone at full volume, laughing loudly. She gave the parcel quickly and then to the phone (we did not "embarrass" her in any way). It left an unpleasant aftertaste, we will not order more through this pick-up point.
