I asked the receptionist where the fitting room was. answer:all questions to the head of the Belpost department...I asked the same question to the head of the post office... Answer : Ozon rents these areas and we have nothing to do with it..As in Raikin's comic strip, who made the costume? Any complaints about the buttons?...The staff are polite and adequate.But...the item itself is hideously equipped for its functionality...When will we learn to respect people? People pay for their ordered goods, come to receive them and do not have the normal opportunity to inspect them at the pick-up point

Convenient, affordable, large selection, almost always fast delivery. Sometimes low-quality goods arrive, but the issue of return is solved without problems and promptly. I recommend it!

Pros - the product arrives, cons - if there are holidays, weekends - it will be delayed for at least a couple of days, if you are urgently waiting for something, it is better to order further away, but with a normal work schedule
