The pick-up point is spacious and tidy, but at the entrance there is immediately a "stale" air, as if the room is not ventilated at all. Today, there was either a smell of alcohol or cigarettes. Maybe the staff has nothing to do with it, and the smell from the customers, but it would be possible to open the window periodically.
In general, there are questions about the work of the staff. I didn't write the first time because I thought it was an exception. Now I understand that this is the norm.
It's not the first time I've come to pick up an order and come across a situation where the manager is watching movies at the workplace. It's OK when there are no customers. But when someone arrives, it would be more correct to stop the movie, take time for the client, wait until he leaves and calmly continue watching. Here, the girl meets with obvious irritation that she is being distracted from watching and she has to do something. It feels like I didn't come to the pick-up point during business hours, but at night to her house. The movie continues to "go on", she can't find the order for a long time. Openly annoyed. The scanner hits the error 10 times. Either the storage of orders is illiterate, or the girl is inexperienced. You try to say something, she can't hear well over the sound of the phone. I have to shout over it, instead of speaking calmly. I would like the management to organize the workflow somehow.
It's a small thing, but it's strange when you say hello, say goodbye, wish a good day, and in response there's either silence or an inarticulate grumble. No smile, nothing. Somehow the whole atmosphere is unwelcoming. After all, it's really important how the staff works. I don't want to come in here again. Hopefully, another point will open in the area and it will be possible to switch to another one.
