I decided to order for the first time on Ozon, the pick-up point chose Smorgovsky tract 1. A notification came that tavar had arrived and could be picked up, arrived at 14:00, but the pick-up point was closed, waited a little, no one opened. There was no notification that this pick-up point was not working. Next time I'll think about it before ordering on Ozon(((

Работают как хотят и когда хотят, график не соблюдается вообще. Больше на этот адрес заказывать не будем. Специалисты напункте выдачи каждый день новые,жалуются что даже пишущих ручек не могут им выделить для работы
