I'm coming for the second time. The first one went at 17:45~, closed, although it is indicated in the appendix that until 21:00. The second time I came, there is no order at the pick-up point! What kind of idiocy is this? They asked me to leave a number to call if the product appeared. But how can you display that the product has arrived if it is not there?! Is someone profiting from this? What the hell?!

I came for the third time. We changed the delivery day in the application, that's fine, but for some reason they put a grandmother in the point, who is not at ease with the computer and it is clear that she is having a hard time at work. I left again without a parcel, because she asked me to come tomorrow, I decided that I would not bother grandma. One question: what happens to this item?!
The service is terrible, the electronic queue is working, but it has nothing to do with the workflow. Of the 7-8 ticket offices, only one is able to accept mail. My score is 0 (zero)
