The pvz itself is normal, but unfortunately 1 star for the PVZ employee - on 03/19/2025 at 18.40, the order was picked up approximately, and the employee behaved very rudely and talked. The girl was rude, frivolous, obviously she couldn't get a word in her pocket. The situation occurred due to the fact that I expressed bewilderment and dissatisfaction with the ozone rules about opening the goods and returning them through an application, there were no specific complaints about the girl, why was it rude - it is unclear. She also started poking me. The PVZ owner's request is to take a closer look at his employees. Also, the girl refused to introduce herself in order to specifically write a complaint against her, saying that she was not obligated, but the joke was that she was obligated))) And Ozone's support has confirmed this responsibility to her as an employee. In general, there are cameras in the PVZ, it's all recorded. If a person doesn't know how to work with clients, then why take such a job?
