I rarely order for Ozone, but no matter how I come here to order, even though the staff is different, they all sit angry and silent. Even when I say hello first, they don't consider it necessary to do the same. They take out the order in silence, stare at the laptop in silence with an angry or fucked-up face, or leave altogether. Once, they even had to take the order box with them when it wouldn't fit in any city trash. I carried it all the way home, thinking that I didn't want to use Ozone anymore, and I didn't need to work as a scavenger on the World Bank.
Hire at least one employee who has not lived in the forest all his life, but knows basic things about communicating with people and service.
The staff is not very friendly. It seems that they are being held at this point of delivery of goods under duress. And besides, they often chat on the phone, even give out goods without looking up from a telephone conversation.
The only plus point is conveniently located.
