It was necessary to pick up the goods urgently, but for some reason it was closed, although it should work according to the schedule. I went to a nearby store to ask what was the matter, they replied that some kind of shift worker was missing and the pick-up point was either working or not. They told me to come tomorrow, because if it's closed now, it will already be closed all day. But it's not a fact that it won't be closed tomorrow either)

Я сегодня пошла забирать свой заказ. Я поздоровалась, девушка с короткой стрижкой меня игнорит. С ее стороны не было никого уважения и внимания. 0 уважение. Еще она меня заставила ждать пока закончит свои дела. Сервис просто супер👍🏽

Был в нём несколько раз, сказать ничего плохого не могу - работают оперативно. Но.. последний раз за конторкой сидела явно не совсем здоровая девушка (симптомы ОРВИ). Считаю что подобное недопустимо, это неуважение к клиенту. Больных сотрудников нужно отправлять домой на больничных, а не разносить инфекцию по р-ну..
