There are two shift workers on the issue. One very pleasant, simple woman, you can joke with her and chat a little when there is no queue - she has all 5 stars. But the second one, the young one, is terrible! There are problems with her every time. Nervous, doesn't listen to clients, waves her off, shuts her mouth, moves someone else's hand with the phone 15cm to the side so that it is clearly above the laptop for scanning the barcode (15cm to the side, are you serious? Or is it purely to give orders once again?). It was as if I had come not to the PVZ, but to bow to the queen, who was also distracted from the most important discussion with her friend about her breakfast. The parcel countertop next to it is like an altar - it forbids using a bag to dump parcels into it! Do I have to run from her desk to her desk 3-4 times to check, so that I can transfer them all by handfuls?! All I hear from her is, "You can't do that! You can't come here! Don't touch it, I haven't packed everything yet! Don't touch the table!..." etc.
It's really tough, I've never seen such a haughty and commanding attitude towards "parishioners" like hers.
This is not the first time I have picked up parcels at this point.
Everything is fine as always. There are sometimes nuances with the transportation of goods, but in general everything is fine. Thanks to the girls for their responsiveness and hard work. I will definitely come to this pvz again.

The girl at the pick-up point swears obscenities.such an attitude towards the buyer is not acceptable . And in general, the pick-up point is not very good .

On August 26, I couldn't pick up the order for forty minutes and left with nothing. The employee is not in the office at all, she does not understand anything. She was rude and closed again for 15 minutes, saying that she needed to rest. It's just an outrage!
It is better to come in the morning or afternoon. In the evening, there may be overlays with the issue.

The employee is a bomb , an example for each pvz !!!! The comments unreasonably say that she is drunk and not in an adequate state, but THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! I don 't understand why they write all this !!!!
