This PVZ was opened relatively recently. I went to pick up my parcel for the first time in winter. The location is inconvenient, on the ground floor, you can't go in with a stroller. I left the eldest child with a stroller on the street. I went in by myself, it was snowing outside, the stairs to the ground floor were covered in slush and sooo slippery, for the first time in the season I slipped and fell a few steps down, hurt myself badly.
The fault of my unfortunate fall, of course, is not the pvz, but it is very poorly thought out. The shift worker was very unfriendly. While I was measuring my order and examining it for marriage, she made a noise as if I was taking up her personal time.
I was only pleased that we thought about the availability of Wi-Fi on the PVZ. Ground floor, there was no mobile Internet.
Disgusting pvz.
1) the basement. It's damp, dark, cold all the time, there's no connection. There is wifi, but connecting to someone else's network is such fun
2) the service staff is constantly rude and snarls
3) the delivery time is constantly postponed for at least three days
4) the inspection table is always dirty (something like sand)
5) The product arrives in terrible condition. I'll attach a photo of the coffee capsules. To my objection, the PVZ employee objected: do you want a gift? Count the capsules and that's it
I'm sorry, what?! Firstly, it is a food product. Secondly, according to all standards, the product does NOT meet the quality.
I don't even want to figure out what was done with these boxes and why they weren't wrapped at least in protective film.
Summing up, I want to say only one thing, with such delivery and such pvz to ozone to wb as to the moon.
