An Ozone collection point has recently opened near the house - I was glad, but apparently it's too early. An employee (male) and possibly a co-owner of the Ozone issuing point at Mogilev, Surganova Str. 12 - rudely and rudely communicates with customers, also poked me and replied that "I'm older."
This is the first time I have encountered this in many years of orders for Ozone in Russia and now here in Belarus (when the points opened)!
How can you poke your customers, especially adults, even if a child came to pick up the order instead of me - this does not give the right to talk to an Ozone employee on "you" and be rude!
Of course, I look good at my 26 years old, but this does not mean that you need to be rude to the client and behave rudely! I'm not waiting for an apology anymore, I'm just ordering to this pick-up point for the last time! It's a pity, it's convenient near the house. And now, because of the rudeness of the employee, I have to go far to another pick-up point for my orders now!
There were also cases with this pick-up point that it was impossible to get there during working hours, as they close ahead of time! They have to work until 21:00, and at 8 p.m. they have already been closed several times!
And they hung up a sign that you can't go in with dogs - how many times have I always gone with a dog to the Ozone issuing point and everything was fine (in Russia and in RB) and then the same employee said that I can't go in with a dog because the employee is allergic to Ozone!
It's just a combo that works out. Good luck to you, with such a "customer orientation" you will have "a lot" of customers!
