NEVER order at this postamat. Out of 10 orders, 8 will arrive at best. Permanent cancellations of orders. That is, you order, pay, Ozone safely turns your money, the order does not deliver and returns the money, BUT where is the percentage for using your money? Plus the lost profit from the point of view that you could have bought the product already in another place and safely use it! The support service does not want to solve the problem!
