The pick-up point is not working according to schedule. Sometimes it opens much later, sometimes it doesn't work at all. And they don't even notify people about technical interruptions (you can at least write on a piece of paper how long the pick-up point will be closed and hang it on the door!). It is impossible to plan the time when to pick up the order!
