It's a great place, beautiful, and cozy, but you need a host to bring the existing facilities to completion. It will be a pity if everything rots.

Excellent location in an affordable proximity. Beautiful places, clean air, rich forests around. Excellent fishing conditions. A great place to relax with family and company.

It's better not to go there. For a gazebo for recreation, 20 rubles per person, I do not see the point in overpaying. There are no fish there.
