Complete disappointment, do not buy an apartment here:
1) They sold me the wrong apartment
2) There is one address in the documents, and another on the facade and in 2gis
3) The quality of construction is terrible. I hired an independent expert review, they rolled out an act, asked me to fix or compensate for the damage, which they ignored and tried to manipulate me for a long time. Then they corrected it, but they gave me the wrong documents and tried to persuade me to sign them.
4) Incompetent people work in the sales department. Zero customer orientation, they do what they want and how they want, ignore all claims, and there are long delays in regulating issues.
5) I'm sitting in the tenants' chat. There are a lot of complaints about noise insulation, tiles on the facade falling off and falling off, and many other problems.
Bottom line: on February 18, I bought an apartment due to the fault of the developer, I can't get access to my own apartment on May 6. I wrote 4 complaints, they intimidate me that they will terminate the contract with me, they do not take responsibility for the quality of their construction and for the shoals of their employees. I really regretted that I contacted Bereke Stroy Group.

Well, it is very well located!
There is a private parking.
You can sit well on the ground floor in a cafe.
The place is just a miracle, there is no fuss, the river is nearby.
The air is cleaner.
In a word, I recommend it to everyone!!!
