I was admitted to the OFM clinic with renal colic in October 2023, and an ambulance came to pick me up at the hotel. I was lying in a comfortable single room, they gave me ivs. The nurses and the doctor (I don't remember the last name) are highly qualified and friendly. Two weeks after my husband's death, I can write this angry post about the clinic where he was taken by ambulance. This is the private clinic Özel OFM Antalya Hastanesi. I will remember all my life how the clinic staff, knowing that my husband was dying, tried to squeeze money out of me. They did not call an ambulance to transport them to a state hospital, where cardiac surgeons were waiting, they deliberately dragged their time and continued to bargain about the amount of the operation as in the market. Thanks to my Turkish friends who called the Ministry of Health and the police, we nevertheless took my husband to the Antalya Şehir Hastanesi State Hospital, but it was too late. My husband died. I will never forget the faces of these "doctors" traders from Özel OFM Antalya Hastanesi, who did nothing but bargain with me, and instead of being next to my husband in his last minutes, I had to be a participant in this bargain! I will never forget the translator Natalia, who wrote a refusal of hospitalization with her own hand and tried to sign it first with me, and then seeing that I was resisting and demanding to call an ambulance, she went to my dying husband, who was after anesthesia and tried to sign this refusal with him. There is no conscience, no honor, no medical ethics, only money in the eyes. And is this because, apparently, because we foreigners have such an attitude?
My husband was 54 years old, they diagnosed a ruptured aortic aneurysm and he was bleeding. The diagnosis was clear and my husband was dying, they all knew it, the bill was running for minutes, but they also had a bill for hundreds of thousands of lira, which they wanted to download from me, seeing my condition and panic. Although in such emergency cases, they must first provide assistance (even if it is a private clinic), and then demand payment, and this is at the legislative level in Turkey. The head of the ACIL department, the cardiac surgeon, the manager looked into the emergency room where my husband was suffering and left again. I got the impression that they were just waiting for him to die and told me that an ambulance could be expected from one to seven o'clock.
Even when the Ministry of Health sent an ambulance to take my husband to another clinic, the translator Natalia detained me with the words: "Wait, maybe they gave him another injection, maybe he needs to be paid for more." After the call from the Ministry, they did not charge me another $ 700, which I had to bring them in addition to the 24,000 liras that I paid first for the blood test and MRI. They didn't want to give me the CD and the description from the MRI until my friends requested it from them. They took the refusal of the operation from me, calling me and my friends into the hall, where there was a video camera and said that this was enough for them to report.
I am grateful to the professors and staff of the Antalya Şehir Hastanesi State Clinic for trying to do everything to save my husband, I understand that it was impossible and although they gave only 1-2%, they still did their best.
With this post, I want to warn people in the future, especially yabancı, who are being taken purposefully to the Özel OFM Antalya clinic. Allah is their judge and he sees everything and will punish all those involved.

I did the operation on insurance, all the tests and necessary preparatory examinations were carried out immediately right in the ward lying on the bed. These are blood samples from a finger, veins, an ECG and other examinations.
We had it broken in several places. It was assembled well. Already in Russia, at a control appointment with a Russian ENT, I was told that, given the complexity of the injury, the operation was performed quite efficiently.
I would like to express my gratitude to Laura, who performed the operation.
What I didn't like was that after the operation, practically no recommendations were given about what is possible and what is not allowed during rehabilitation.
I am extremely outraged that the attending physician flatly refused to sign the fit to fly (flight permit) arguing that I have mild sinusitis. To my objections that half of the owners of mild sinusitis regularly fly on airplanes, as well as to the fact that I have exhausted the financial possibilities for continuing to live and eat in Turkey, I replied with complete disregard and indifference. The management of the clinic also refused permission to fly, referring to the attending physician. As a result, I had to fly home secretly, at my own risk, having bought a ticket for 55,000 rubles. and if the airport or airline staff had demanded fit to fly looking at me, then they would not have let me on the plane. The insurance company added fuel to the fire, which stated that in this case I would not be compensated for the cost of the ticket. But God was merciful, I got home safely.

The operation lasted 4.5 hours, I woke up in the morning in the intensive care unit. Then, discussing everything that happened with our doctors, I was told that the bill was for minutes, and they did not miss them, moreover, the most difficult operation was performed with jewelry, as my gastroenterologist said, "you were operated on by a wizard." In this hospital, everything - starting from translators, nurses, nurses, doctors, paramedics - all deserve the highest praise and gratitude - such attentive attitude to patients is not often found, here they were undermined at any request, at any "sneeze", after the operation 3-4 times they just looked in to check if I had everything it's okay if you don't need something, if you can help with something. It is strange, of course, that such a character is allowed to approach patients, especially postoperative ones... She should be conducting police interrogations. I express my gratitude to the hospital staff. I had to apply after getting injured at the hotel. Everything was covered by insurance - delivery from the hotel to the hospital and back, and all medical manipulations.
Thanks to the employee of the Melek hospital, who took us (me and my escort) under her wing from the doorstep. She treated me carefully, patiently explained everything that needed to be done, explained what the process of providing medical care to a tourist was. I connected my son's phone to WiFi. We spoke to her in Russian. She translated everything that the doctor, the laboratory assistant, the radiologist told.
Dr. Murat, an orthopedic surgeon, is a very pleasant man and treated carefully. I put on a cast. He encouraged me, even though it hurt and I was scared. In turn, I laughed that I would return home from Turkey with a cast on my arm, just like in the Diamond Hand. Melek translated for him, he laughed, saying he had already heard about such a film. The plaster was put on plastic, I had not even seen such before.
And thanks again to Melek: I didn't know, but she herself issued and gave me a certificate authorizing a flight with a cast. She ended up escorting us to the lobby to wait for the car to the hotel and said goodbye.

Состояние было тяжелое, в следующие дни последовали осложнения, в том числе на сердце. Всё 7 дней моего пребывания в клинике персонал не оставлял меня без заботы и лечения. Особенно хочется отметить работу моего лечащего врача Sakina Gahramanova, переводчицы Алены и девочек-медсестёр отделения на 1 этаже. Эти люди спасли меня и постоянно были рядом. Спасибо вам большое! Также хочется отметить комфорт и чистоту в больнице. Палата одноместная со всеми удобствами, холодильником, телевизором. Дочь оставалась со мной все 7 дней, и ей предоставляли спальное место и питание, за что отдельное спасибо. Душевные уборщицы и девушки, раздающие еду. Я глубоко уверена, что все эти люди однозначно на своём месте, они готовы и хотят помогать пациентам. Переводчица Алёна убрала языковой барьер, она очень душевный и сопереживающий человек, что очень важно в подобных ситуациях за границей. Низкий вам поклон!

Больницу рекомендуем врачи хорошие в палате WiFi общаться можно из любого города это тоже важно. Муж папал из отеля с микроинсультом врачи быстро отреагировали провели полное обследование , делали все возможное лечение на вылет не давали разрешение пока муж не пришёл в норму. Лечение провели колоссальное Также капельницы в Нижнем Новгороде ждать очень долго.Также в больнице присутствует всегда рускоговорящий переводчик и приходит одновременно с лечащим врачом и по мимо помогает чем может. Недавно отдыхали в Турции с мамой. На экскурсии она сильно повредила запястье, пришлось ехать в больницу выяснять как лечить. Благо у нас была страховка, а ещё нам очень повезло попасть именно в эту клинику, где работает очень отзывчивый и опытный персонал. Запястье осмотрели, помогли с травмой, дали лекарства. Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать Юлии и Альмире, так как они говорили на русском и очень помогли нам разобраться во всëм, а так же любезному водителю скорой Исмаилу Кара, который быстро и с хорошем настроением довëз нас до клиники. Крайне формальный подход. Невролога не оказалось, пациента с нейропатической болью принимал реабилитолог. Выставлен некорректный диагноз. Назначен диклофенак... соответственно терапия врача в урну. Ситуация решилась в ближайшей аптеке препаратом совсем другой группы. Про 3 часовое ожидание машины, чтобы вернуться в отель даже не хочется вспоминать. Персонал лишь кормит обещаниями "еще 5 минут". Всем здоровья! И оно очень нужно тем, кто оказался там.
Спасибо большое. Больница замечательная, подняли на ноги. От жары поднялось высое давление - за день все нормализовали.

Всем привет! Живём в Антальи уже больше полугода. Дочка привыкает к климату-постоянно болеет. На прием к педиатру ходим только в ОФМ к Uzm. Dr. Hasan Atalay. Бонально развели на операцию которая мне и не нужна была, благо все страховка покрыла. Турецкий ру-пый эскулап при переломе верхнего бугорка плечевой кости поставил пластину на половину кости да еще девять болтов вогнал. Приехав в Россию, показал двум специалистам свои снимки до и после, оба в один голос сказали что можно было обойтись обычным консервативным лечением без хирургического вмешательства. Пластину мне эту удалили и восемь болтов а вот один болт удалить не смогли, поскольку этот эскулап на нем при установке шляпку сорвал и он врос в кость. Вообщем если вас привезут в этот госпиталь, подумайте хорошо прежде чем на что-либо соглашаться, не ведитесь на их уговоры, добра они вам явно не будут желать.
Искренне признательна и благодарна врачам и медицинскому персоналу клиники. 18 апреля 2019 года муж экстренно был доставлен в клинику и прооперирован. Д-з : разрыв желчного пузыря по всей длине, перитонит, обильное кровотечение. Была проведена полостная операция. Прошел почти месяц. Муж поправляется, жизнь налаживается!!!
